中小学校的教师校本培训是目前我国中小学教师继续教育活动的一种重要形式。本文旨在通过对中外校本培训模式的对比研究和理论基础的研究,对校本培训的形式、内容及管理方面提出一定的建议和方法。 论文分析了中小学教师校本培训产生的国际背景和国内背景,剖析了校本培训的内涵、特点,对我国目前的校本培训状况及教育界在校本培训方面取得的共识进行了概括分析。对美国学校本位师资培训模式、教师专业发展学校和英国的以中小学为基地的师资培训模式进行了研究,得出英、美校本培训的共同特点和区别以及对我国校本培训实施的启示。本文认为成人学习理论、教师专业化理论、建构主义理论以及教师教学专业实践的反思性质是校本培训构建的理论基础,它们对校本培训具有理论和实践上的指导意义。 论文通过对中外校本培训模式的比较研究和校本培训构建的理论研究,提出了构建校本培训时一些建议和方法:在形式上,应符合反思—合作—行动的原则;在培训内容的取向上,应注意不仅要为教学实践中出现的问题服务、为学校的发展服务,还要为教师的专业发展服务;在管理上,中小学校必须树立规范管理的意识和以教师为本的理念,并可以尝试建立区域性的教师继续教育联合体。
In China, the school-based education for teachers in elementary and intermediate school is a significant form of teachers’continuing education at present. This paper aims at providing some suggestions and methods to school-based education’s form、content and management through comparative research of school-based training mode in China and foreign countries and rationale research. This paper analyzed the international and national background of school-based training’s emergence, construed its connotation and characteristic, and analyzed national school-based training status in quo and shared perspective we gained in education field. We educed the school-based education’s common and different characteristic in USA and Britain and inspiration to Chinese school-based enforcement by studying the school-based in service education pattern in USA and Britain, professional development school .This paper concluded adult-study theory, teacher professionalization theory, constructivism and pondering to professional teaching’s practice is the theoretical basis of school-based education’s construction which has a guiding significance to construct our school-based training in theory and practice. This paper offered some suggestion on the basis of china and foreign school-based education comparative research and interpretation to theory of school-based education’s construction. We think the construction shall tally with the principle of speculation—cooperation—acting in shape; and shall notice serve not only for problems met in teaching practice and school’s development but also for the teachers’professional development in content; and shall regulate management consciousness ,erect the teacher oriented ideal and attempt to construct regional continuing education combo in management .
