论文标题:虚拟现实技术在教育领域中的应用与设计 Application and Design of Virtual Reality for Education 论文作者 宋达 论文导师 刘大文,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 教育技术学 论文单位 东北师范大学,点击次数 148,论文页数 42页File Size533k 2005-05-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_43107527/ 虚拟现实;MPEG4;虚拟演播室;VRML;X3D Virtual Reality; MPEG4; Virtual Studio; VRML; X3D 随着计算机硬件性能的迅速提高,计算机及其附属设备的价格也随之降低。前些年虚拟现实技术及其相关设备的价格近乎天价,在教育行业中应用是几乎不可能的事情,但是现在虚拟现实产品在教育行业的各类各级学校中应用已经不是一个可望而不可及的事情。 像电影《第十三度空间》、《银翼杀手》中描述的一样,未来的社会将是工作和生活相结合的娱乐化社会。同时,教育领域中的教育模式和教学方法也会随着虚拟现实技术的应用进行一番变革,随之对虚拟现实的普及也会起到促进作用,形成良性循环。把虚拟现实技术的产品作为一种新的学习工具,一方面可以使学习者从逼真的虚拟假想空间中获取真实世界中得不到或难以得到的经验和感受,另一方面也使教师等教育工作者逐渐养成用数字时代的思维方式去教育学生的行为方式与习惯。如何结合现有的技术水平开发、利用虚拟现实产品,是当前摆在教育工作者的一个技术难题。 虚拟现实技术作为一种新的知识载体,一种新的认知工具使学习者对自身的知识结构进行心理学上的重新建构。论文在对教育领域中虚拟现实技术的现状进行调查和分析的基础上,以建构主义中情景化学习理论为依据,结合虚拟现实的最新技术标准和现阶段我国各级学校现有的教育信息化发展水平进行研究。 本文简要的从虚拟现实的技术发展和类型谈起,分析了目前国内虚拟现实的技术进展及其应用情况,撰写了网络虚拟现实语言 VRML 技术与最近的发展——X3D 技术标准;以虚拟现实的角度重点介绍了 MPEG4 相关方面的内容;考虑到远程教育平台开发中虚拟现实环境的具体技术实施细节,文章最后通过设计一个 MPEG4 技术具体应用于虚拟演播室的设计方案的实例来说明虚拟现实技术的在教育电视领域中的应用。为虚拟现实技术在教育电视领域中的具体应用提供了一个有益的参考。 在结合了MPEG4、XML、JAVA等技术,从计算机图形学发展而来的虚拟现实技术产生的逼真效果将会更加贴近现实甚至高于现实世界中的情景,这将会给现阶段教育技术的发展水平带来一次重大的飞跃。 The price of the computer and accessories has fallen now than ever before as time goes by. During the past decade the price of Virtual Reality (VR) products has also been reduced steadily. In the past time the price of the VR products were too higher to use in education. Until now it can be used gradually in all kinds of education institutes. As described in the film "The Thirteenth Floor" (1999) and "Blade Runner" (1983), The future society will be a society mixed with work and entertainment. In the meanwhile, the education pattern and methodology will be reformed and popularly deployed correspondingly. As a new learning method with the use of VR related products, in one part, learners can get experiments and tastes from the reality world; In the other part, educators such as teachers can gradually teach students by means of pedagogical thinking of the new digital era .The idea of how to develop and utilize VR related products associated with the level of VR technology in existence is a dilemma which educators have to face now. First of all, this thesis begins with the background of VR, clarifies the VR in education, analyses the evolvement of the VR and circumstance of the VR in education, expounds how the VR technology--a new media delivering knowledge and a new cognitive tool--backs up the learners to construct their knowledge by themselves in psychology. Furthermore, the thesis expounds the VRML (Virtual Reality Markup Language) and X3D (Extensible 3D) standards and emphasis on the MPEG4 technology. At last, the thesis takes an example for designing a VSS application with the MPEG4 technology. Combined with the technology MPEG4、XML、X3D, the Virtual Reality technology originated from the Computer Graphics makes a great leap with the effect that is a good likeness of the reality.
