近年来，许多教育界人士对青少年价值观的形成发展过程给予了高度关注，这一方面是因为价值观直接影响着个体的认知前提、过程、结论和行为方式，进而也就关系着一个国家、一个民族的现状与发展；另一方面，对教育活动来说更重要的是：教育究竟以何种方式、在什么程度上对塑造个体价值观发生着作用？ 笔者正是身感价值观教育的重要性和必要性，并立足于对当前青少年价值观教育存在问题的深入思考，经过认真分析和不断探索，提出了自己的一些观点和意见。 本文共分为三部分： 第一部分，从理论和现实两个层面，揭示了加强中学价值观教育的重要性和必要性。 第二部分，对青少年价值观形成特点进行了多角度分析，并针对当前中学价值观教育现状指出存在的问题。 第三部分，本文的重点，在对前面两部分进行全面阐述的基础上，提出了中学价值观教育内容和教学活动过程的一系列原则和要求。 本文的新异之处在于通过对青少年价值观形成特点和教育现状的深入分析，归纳提出了在中学价值观教育的内容和教学活动过程中应进行全面贯彻的多项原则，对目前中学价值观教育所面临的现实困境有一定的指导意义。 由于本人理论水平和实践经验的局限，文章尚有不足，希望各位老师给予批评指正。此外，本文在选题和写作过程中得到了尚凤祥老师的指导和帮助，在此表示由衷的感谢。
In r4cent years the educational circle has paid more and more attention to the education of the view of value of youngsters. Because on one hand the view of value directly exert a tremendous influence on the mode of think and behavior, one the other hand it has become a subject that how the education affects the formation of an individual views of value. It is *ecessary and important to do some research for the education of view of value. On the b4sis of deeply thinking of existing problems, the writer gives his own highly valuable ~4ews. This article includes three chapters: Chapter One points out in theoretical and practical aspects the importance and necessity of strengthening the education of the middle school students?views of value. Chapter Two analyses in different way the characteristics of the formation (shape- taking) of the youngsters?views of value and points out the limitations at present. Chapter Three puts forward the new content of courses and a series of new principles and requirements to the teaching process and these new ideas will guide the education of the youngsters?views of value in the future.
