The paper points out problems and weakness of motivation system of CR8EG by analyzing the present motivation mechanism of project manager. Along with the rapid development of construction industry, project management is widely used in construction projects. So how to establish an effective motivation mechanism to motivate project managers has become an important issue. The paper use modern compensation and benefit management theory and learns from successful experience of other corporations to reconstruct the motivation system from all aspects including compensation, benefit, training and corporate culture.This paper gives a systematic explanation of motivation system including compensation, benefit, training and corporate culture. The new motivation system can make full use of the positivism and creation of project managers and gives some implications of how to build an effective motivation mechanism.
