数字水印的研究大多集中在对数字水印的嵌入、检测算法的研究上，然而任何水印算法必须和水印协议结合使用才能更好的起到实际应用的目的。因此，结合现代密码学技术知识研究安全的数字水印协议，对数字产品的版权保护和网上交易是比较重要的。 本文所取得的主要研究成果如下： 1．提出了一个安全的数字水印方案，该方案能够比较有效的抵抗现有已知的几种协议攻击。 2．提出了一种新的基于数字水印的交易协议。该协议比较有效的防止了水印被盗用的可能性，明确了交易双方的身份，阻止了中间人攻击，同时又保护了二手市场上消费者和合法转售者的权益。
The research on watermarking is focusing on the algorithms of embedding and detecting. However, algorithms about digital watermark have to be integrated with watermarking protocols to get into practical use. Thus, this paper studies secure digital watermarking protocols with theories and techniques of modern cryptography, which is important for the protection of copyright of digital work and trading over the Internet.The main contributions of this paper are:1. A new secure watermarking scheme is proposed, which resists efficiently the current known watermarking protocol attacks.2. A secure buyer-seller watermarking protocol is proposed. This new protocol effectively excludes any possibilities of stealing watermarks, therefore enables the users to secure their identities and the copyrights. Simultaneously, it blocks any potential man-in-the-middle attack, and also protects the buyers and the resellers" legitimate rights when a second-hand transaction is concerned.
