论文标题:区域经济发展过程中的产业簇群问题研究 The Study of Industry Clusters During the Development of Regional Economy 论文作者 陈浩 论文导师 许长新,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 管理科学与工程 论文单位 河海大学,点击次数 96,论文页数 73页File Size3907k 2003-03-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_441080267/ 区域经济;产业簇群;集聚效应;收敛性分析;计量经济学 Regional Economy;Clusters of Industry;Concentrating Effect;Convergence Analysis 随着我国成功加入WTO,经济发展的机遇和挑战并存,区域经济作为宏观经济的组成部分,其在这一过程中调整与发展的好坏对宏观经济发展的意义重大。但目前,区域经济的发展不仅仅存在着地区间经济发展的不平衡问题,而且地区间产业结构雷同现象也逐步增加。一旦地区间经济发展不平衡状态加剧,地区间产业结构雷同现象升级,必然使得国民经济发展的内耗增加,减缓国民经济的发展速度。 本文以区域经济发展中的产业为研究对象,通过理论研究和实证分析相结合,对区域经济发展过程中的产业簇群问题进行了系统研究。在理论研究部分,根据区域经济研究的特色,从定性和定量两个角度出发,综合区域发展理论和产业经济学,构建了产业簇群间的产业集聚理论,给出本文研究的理论基础;同时,分别运用计量经济学和系统动力学,构建了产业簇群中单个产业与国民经济的计量经济学模型和产业簇群整体与国民经济的系统动力学模型,给出本文研究的方法论基础。 在实证分析部分,运用已建立的理论和模型,结合江苏经济发展的实际情况进行系统研究,并认为:江苏省地区经济差距在1978-2001年间并不收敛,主要根源在于苏北、苏中、苏南三地区经济差距逐步拉大,尤其是苏北地区尚未找到真正适合自身发展的产业簇群;就江苏而言,在交通、金融、房地产和汽车这一产业簇群中,房地产业和汽车业是拉动地区宏观经济增长的主要动力,交通运输业和金融业起基础作用,而具体从拉动作用看,房地产业优于汽车业,同时,交通运输业的基础作用明显,金融业对汽车业的支撑作用不显著,而金融对房地产业的快速发展至关重要。最后,结合实证结果,给出江苏省区域经济发展的相关政策建议。 With China"s entry to WTO, economic development is confronting both opportunity and challenge. In this process, the regulation and development of regional economy that is part of macro-economy is playing a significant role in influencing macro-economic development. Presently, however, regional economic development has to deal with the unequilibrium of interregional economic development and the increasing duplication of interregional industrial structures. Sharpened unequilibrium and duplication will inevitably waste more resources and decrease the development rate of national economy.With regard to industries in regional economic development, a cluster of industry in the process of regional economic development is formally studied on the basis of theoretic research and positive analysis. In the theoretic research, considering characteristics of regional economic research, quantitatively and qualitatively, the industrial concentration theory is formulated for the theoretic base of this research with the help of regional developmental theory and industrial economics. In addition, the methodological base of this research is also attained by the formulation of two models: the model of individual industry in the clusters to quantitative economics of national economy, and the model of total clusters of industry to system economics of national economy.In the positive analysis, on the basis of real situation of Jiangsu"s economic development and in the use of former theory and models, it is pointed out that Jiangsu"s regional economic distance from 1978 to 2001 is not converged mainly due to the increasingly widened economic distance in the northern, central and southern areas of Jiangsu province, especially for the reason that proper and suitable clusters of industry have not been discovered in the northern area. Considering Jiangsu, in the clusters of industry like transportation, finance, real estate and automobiles, real estate and automobiles are the motivation of regional macro-economic development while transportation and finance serve as the base. As to the motivation, real estate is more active than automobiles; transportation plays as an obvious basic role; finance vaguely supports automobiles but is important to the development of real estate. In conclusion, regarding the positive result, corresponding suggestion is proposed for Jiangsu"s regional economic development.
