According to the requirement of business management, salary system after the transforming mentioned is very important for us to heighten the vigor, promote the efficiency, and is urgent to be researched and solved.This paper is proceeded from the actual situation of the transformed enterprises, has it"s eyes on the futures, by many ways such as theory analysis, situation investigation, comparing in all directions, fan out from point to area and combine qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, at the point of labor and economy administration researched the national enterprises salary circumstance, the relation between distribution according to work and distribution according to capital, trait of labor, the proportion of every parts of the salary, position assessment, salary payment management ate. According to the difference of manager, sale man and production personnel, gave the authors advice on their salary frame, and also the general and special methods of operation according to the concrete conditions.
