论文标题:车间生产作业计划管理系统开发研究 Researches on Adaptive Fuzzy Neuron Model-Free Control Systems 论文作者 李宏勋 论文导师 朱名铨,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 机械制造及其自动化 论文单位 西北工业大学,点击次数 153,论文页数 72页File Size2670k 2001-03-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_443746532/ 计算机集成制造系统(CIMS); 制造信息管理; 生产作业计划管理; 客户机/服务器模式(C/S); 关系数据库 Computer Integrated Manufacturing System;Manufacturing information management;Production plan management;Client/Server model;Relation database 随着航空制造技术的飞速发展,先进质量体系的实施,加之新机型的不断增加,转包生产的不断扩大,对零件生产及其整个加工过程都提出了新的技术、质量和管理的要求。而目前我们的管理模式、方法及其管理手段都很难满足新的要求。特别是对钣金零件制造车间,零件数量数以万计,连同工装、样板等不计其数,面对如此众多繁杂的项目,给基础管理和生产过程控制带来了很大的难度。 本文主要是对西飞公司钣金零件制造车间目前存在的生产管理问题进行了深入细致的分析,进而从计算机辅助生产管理的角度出发,运用先进的管理模式,结合飞机零件生产的特点,讨论和研究了基于CIMS环境下零件制造车间制造信息的集成管理和生产作业计划的组织和生产过程的控制,同时进行了具体的系统分析、提出了总体设计的方案和建模方法。 本文还着重讨论了车间生产实际流程,提出了“月、周、日三级计划控制”的新方法,以期对整个生产过程进行有效的控制。 With the rapid development of the aeronautic technique, the applying of the advanced quality assurance system, and the continuing enlargement of the sub-contract product, the new technology, quality and management are required for the part production and all the machining processing. But our management mode and method can not satisfy the new requirement, especially, for the sheet metal work shops, there are over ten thousand parts, with the tooling and the templates, the number is large, too many various items bring puzzling difficult to the basis management and the production processing control.This paper deeply analysis the production management problems existing in the XAC metal sheet part manufacturing workshop, and from the viewpoint of the computer aid production management, using the advanced management mode and integrating the aircraft part production characteristics, analysis and studies the integrated management of the manufacturing information, the organizing of the production plan and the control of the production process of the part manufacturing workshops that are under the CIMS environment, and also applies concrete system analysis, promotes general design plan and model establishing method.This paper mainly discusses the workshop production practical flow, promotes the new " month, week, day three class plan control " method, expecting to apply effective control to the overall production process.
