2001年12月11日,我国正式加入了世界贸易组织(WTO),举国上下欢庆这一历史机遇的同时,广大国有企业却不得不面对入世所带来的巨大威胁,国际竞争国内化。如何认清形势,知己知彼,变压力为动力,全面提升企业的竞争能力,是每一个国有企业所必须解决的课题,刻不容缓。 管理大师朱兰说,“21世纪是质量的世纪”。伴随着新世纪和全球经济一体化的到来,以质量为焦点的市场竞争日益激烈。面对强大的国际竞争对手,只有把质量置于公司战略的核心地位,通过采用新技术、新工艺、新材料来提高生产效率;抓住技术创新不放,通过不断消化吸收最新科技和工艺成果,实现产品创新;坚持推行全面质量管理,确保实物质量的同时,提高并创新服务质量,以致最终达到顾客满意,才是企业竞争制胜和长期获得成功的关键。 CS战略,即顾客满意的质量战略,是将企业熟知的“顾客是上帝”这一口号上升为涉及产品设计、制造、销售、服务各环节的企业经营理论,为西方工商业界广泛采用,带来了一场质量经营的革命。它突破了传统质量管理内向型、无战略的弊端,成为个业争夺市场、竞争制胜的法宝。 本文以沈化为例。通过采用数据和实例,对沈化的内外市场形势进行了客观分析,随之引入CS理论,在此基础上提出了沈化怎样建立CS质量战略,并针对现状探讨了沈化实现顾客满意的主要途径,最后总结了沈化实施CS质量战略的重要意义。 总之,通过建立CS质量战略,可以真正实现以顾客为中心的企业战略,全面提升企业的综合市场竞争能力。以此希望本文能对广大国有企业参与市场竞争提供指导。
China entered into WTO formally on Dec. 11,2001. when all over the country is celebrating the historic chance, the vast state-owned enterprises have to face the great challenges bringing by access of WTO. and international competition become domesticlly. So it is urgent for every state-owned enterprise to keep aware of the situation, learn from self and others, make full use of self"s superiority, change press force into inspiring force .The famous manager Juran said : "21 century is a quality century." As new century and global economy coming , market competition focused on quality become increasingly sharper, Facing so strong international competitors , enterprises must upgrade the quality of service to central strategic position and improve produce efficiency by strenghtening management and adopting new technology, process and material; grasp management innovation tightly, by absorbing latest technology and fruit of art continuously to realize product creation; insist on conducting total quality management .improve and innovate quality of service as well ensure quality of product to satisfy the customers at last , and she could succeed in competition and get long-term success.CS strategy .namely ""customer satisfactory" strategy of quality, is to improve "customer is God" acquainted by enterprises to management theory, which include all the process, such as product design, manufacture , sales and service. It is widely used in western industry and commerce field and bring a revolution in quality management, it breaks through the shortage of conventional quality control which is inward and without strategies, becoming an forceful arm for enterprises taking up market.This article take Shenyang Chemical Co. , Ltd. as an example .After introducing CS strategy, It make an analysis on inner and outer market circumstance of Shenyang Chemical Co. , Ltd(SCC). Then propose to establish SCC CS strategy of quality on basis of the analysis and how to conduct the strategy. 1 hope that the article can offer help for state-owned enterprises which are carrying on the strategy.
