本论文从研究西安市城市供水的发展过程入手，重点分析了城市供水水水源和城市用水需求增长的变化特点，在城市供水状况相当长的时期内将表现为供大于求的重大变化和西安市资源性缺水的现实没有改变的背景下，以实现最大限度地发挥城市供水系统的作用合理配置缄市供水水源，促进西安社会经济的持续、快速、健康发展的总体目标，研究了运用多水源科学合理的供水问题。 分析了西安市城市供水水源状况、用水量变化特点以及各水平年需水量，提出了多水源优化调配的原则，建立了需水预测模型与优化调配模型，初步研究了西安市城市供水水源合理配置方案和相应的管理模式。其主要研究成果下： (1) 城市供水水源的分析研究。对地表水源包括无调蓄工程的峪(河)水、有水库控制的峪(河)水进行水文分析，确定地表水的可利用量；对傍河地下水源和城区自备井所开采地下水源进行分析，确定地下水的合理开采量；并考虑污水回用，对城市供水水源综合保证能力进行全面评估。 (2) 用水需求增长变化及预测研究。通过对西安市城市供水的历史、现状和未来发展的分析，研究城市用水需求增长变化的特点，并结合城市的社会经济发展规划及趋势，对未来用水需求进行预测并进行供需平衡分析研究。 (3) 研究确定城市供水水源合理配置方案和模型。首先确定西安市多种水源供水调配原则，以保证城市生活、生产和环境等用水需求为约束条件建立合理配置模型。在尽可能掌握各水源和城市需水变化规律的基础上，以系统工程的思想和系统分析方法，研究解决西安市的供水问题。 (4) 城市供水水源管理模式研究。对现状城市供水水源管理方式及存在问题进行 西安理工大学工程硕士学位论文分析，应用现代管理思想为实现城市供水水源合理配置提供支持。
On the premise of the study about the developing of Xi"an city"s water supply and the great variety in water supply and the shortage of water resource, aiming for the furthest benefit from the configuration of water supply source of Xi"an city and facilitating it"s development, this paper analyzed the characteristics of water supply sources and its changing quantity, the rising demand of water in city and the situation about water supply source, studied the problem about water supply via a variety sources, raised the principles of optimized configuration of variety sources, built the model of water demand forecasting and optimized configuration, studied the configured plan and its managing pattern. Main results are as follows:(1) The analysis about water supply source. This paper analyzed the river water without and with configuration engineering to sure the reliable quantity of surface water; analyzed the underground water source near river and in the urban to sure the reasonable quantity of exploitation, considered the recycle of sewage, evaluated the ability to the ensure city water supply. The forecast study about the rising water demand. Though the study about the history, current situation and further, combined with the plan and trend of social economy, studied the characteristics of the rising demand of water supply.(2) Studied and ensured the configuration and plan of city water supply. Firstly, this paper ensured the principles of supplying via variety sources to ensure the demands of city life, industry, and environment. On the basis of grasping the disciplinarians of water source and city water demand, solved the water supply of Xi"an city.(3) The study about the city water supply managing. This paper analyzed the city water supply managing pattern and the current problems, supporting with modern managing theory.
