论文标题:数码纺织关键技术研究 Comprehensive Assessment and Analysis of Guangzhou Eco-environment Based on Spatial Data 论文作者 王文炆 论文导师 颜钢锋,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 控制理论与控制工程 论文单位 浙江大学,点击次数 154,论文页数 86页File Size18627k 2005-02-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_45730207/ CAD/CAM;像景;图像处理;抖动算法;监控系统;电子商务;数据加密 CAD/CAM; photographic woven; image process; dither algorithm; monitor-control system; e-commerce; data encryption 纺织技术和计算机技术的不断发展,Internet的不断普及,对传统纺织企业的产品设计、制造、销售、甚至管理都造成了深远的影响。企业要在日益激烈的竞争中生存和发展,必须运用上述最新的技术对企业进行全方位的改造,数码纺织应用技术应运而生。数码纺织应用技术是一门新兴的集CAD/CAM技术、计算机监控技术、网络技术和电子商务为一体的综合技术,适用于所有传统的纺织企业。它的目标是实现传统纺织企业的全面数码化和网络化。本文从“数码设计”、“数码制造”、“数码市场”三个方面展现了数码纺织应用技术中的某些关键技术。 “数码设计”中讨论关键技术——像景CAD系统,它可实现样图到意匠图的全自动转换。该系统建立了专门的组织库,从颜色空间、抖动处理、系统容差、自动/手动处理等多个角度对系统性能进行了改善,取得了很好的效果。系统建立了一个合适的性能评价模型,该模型综合考虑了图像的熵、交叉熵、均方根误差和峰值信噪比。 “数码制造”中的关键是解决纺织企业生产车间内织机的网络化,并开发相应的网络监控系统。织机联网系统中合理的软硬件结构、自定义的软件协议、多线程和实时数据库技术的应用,保证了制造过程中的对织机运行情况的实时监控、花样文件的自动下达和产量的自动统计。 “数码市场”中的关键是纺织企业电子商务的建设。该部分完成了纺织企业内外网的软硬件建设,采用J2EE技术、MVC模式及Struts技术建设了适用于纺织企业的电子商务网站,真正实现了产品的网上展示、网上销售,并用数据加密技术结合防火墙技术对电子商务的安全问题进行了重点设计。 The development of textile and computer technology, as well as the use of Internet, have influenced the production design, manufacture, marketing, and management of traditional companies of weaving industry deeply. Now companies are being rebuilt by those technologies to survive in the more and more serious competition, and digital textile technology has been put forward. Digital textile technology is a new technology integrated with CAD/CAM, computer monitor-control, network, and e-commerce, which can be applied in all traditional companies of weaving industry. The target of digital textile technology is to realize the digitalization of those companies. This paper discusses the application of digital textile technology from three aspects: digital design, digital manufacture, and digital marketing.The key task of digital design is developing a photographic woven CAD, which can transform samples of graph to point paper. This system establishes its own weaves library, and improves the quality of the transformation by changing color space, adding digital filter, adjusting the system tolerance, and adding manual map. Also an evaluation model is established, which analyzes the entropy, cross entropy, root mean square error, and peak-to-peak signal-to-noise ratio of two images.The key task of digital manufacture is realizing the network for loom, and develop the corresponding monitor-control system. With excellent software and hardware composition, application of multithread and real-time database, this system can real-timely monitor the looms, provide the auto-downloading of design files and statistic of output.The key task of digital marketing is establishing the e-commerce system for weaving companies. The website of this system which use J2EE as the develop framework, realize the on-line exhibition of the production and on-line marketing. Data encryption and firewalltechnology are adopted to meet the security demands of e-commerce.
