和谐文化是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容。而从提升企业文化中的政治思想工作质量来提高企业的核心竞争力，是现代管理学、政治思想工作研究的新领域，在我国的研究刚刚开始。 本文以马克思主义的人的全面发展理论、和谐社会理论为指导，立足我国国情，借鉴西方相关管理理论，在诠释企业文化含义的基础上，提出构建和谐企业文化中的企业政治思想工作的观点。 构建和谐企业文化是构建和谐企业的基础，是构建和谐文化的重要组成部分，是构建和谐社会的微观需要。以人为本的企业思想政治工作是构建和谐企业文化的政治保障和理论前提，并为其提供了方向保证作用。 论文提出了一些带有探索性的见解： (1)和谐企业文化作为企业文化，首先是一种组织文化，又是一种经济文化。和谐企业文化就是体现在经济上是利益处于相对均衡状态，反映精神上是思想协调一致，是以共创、共享价值观为核心的企业文化。 (2)和谐企业文化与企业思想政治工作有统一性，又有特异性。二者的有机契合，统一于和谐企业的建设和发展之中。 (3)“以人为本”抓好企业思想政治工作与和谐企业文化建设的结合，为企业注入生命之源。培育共创、共享的价值观是企业思想政治工作的重要内容。 构建和谐文化的企业政治思想工作研究是一个新课题，笔者深感对和谐企业文化、对企业思想政治工作创新研究的不成熟，需要今后加强深化研究，不断丰富和完善。
Harmonious culture is the important content of the construction of the socialist harmonious society. However, it is the new field of the study of modern management, political and ideological work to develop the core competitive capability of the enterprise from improving the quality of the ideological and political work in the corporate culture, which just gets started in China. In this article, it turns up the idea of the construction of the ideological and political work in forming the harmonious enterprise culture in the direction of the theory of Marxist people"s full development and the theory of Harmonious society, based on the situation of our country, referred to the western related theory of management, and on the base of annotation of the corporate culture. The construction of harmonious enterprise culture is the base of the construction of harmonious enterprise, the important part of the construction of harmonious culture and the microcosmic necessity of the construction of harmonious society. The enterprise ideological and political work which is orientated towards people is the political insurance, the theoretical premise and the guarantee of direction in the construction of harmonious enterprise culture. In this article, there are some viewpoints deserving our exploration. (1) The harmonious enterprise culture being a type of corporate culture is not only a kind of organizing culture but also a kind of economic culture. The definition of it is economic relatively equal state of interest and spiritual accordance, the core of which is the value view of struggling together and sharing together. (2) There are unity and difference as well between the harmonious enterprise culture and the ideological and political work which can be united in the construction and development of harmonious enterprise. (3) The combination of the enterprise ideological and political work according to people and the construction of harmonious enterprise culture is the resource of the vigor of the enterprise. The cultivation of the value view of struggling together and sharing together is the important component of enterprise ideological and political work. The construction of enterprise ideological and political work in the construction of harmonious enterprise culture is a new study subject. I deeply feel there is a long way to go to study completely the harmonious enterprise culture and the enterprise ideological and political work. And it deserves our common effort to improve and develop them.
