论文标题:加入世贸组织对中国经济贸易的影响与对策 Aerodynamic Heat and the Thermal Response of Reentry Missile 论文作者 阿睦 论文导师 李诗,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 国际贸易 论文单位 对外经济贸易大学,点击次数 205,论文页数 42页File Size1946k 2001-04-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_475377872/ 世界贸易组织,中国经济贸易, 对中国经贸的影响与对策 integration of aerodynamic configuration and stealth,Green"s ftmnction method,radar cross section,physical optics method,equivalent current method,weighting objectives method,flexible tolerance polyhedron method,genetic algorithm 本文是关于加入世贸组织对中国经济贸易的挑战与政府和企业采取的对策。文章从阐明世贸组织职能,目前,中国国内行业和市场的现状以及其存在的问题;加入世贸组织后的机遇与挑战、政府和企业的改革行为、改善优化引起的后果;说明了体制转轨与政府经济行为改革的必要性;借鉴先进市场经济国家的经验、结合中国特色社会主义市场经济与国际市场的实际而转变国家经济制度的职能、优化国家经济行为的思路。 本文分四章进行论述 第一章:论述了经济全球化趋势对中国经济贸易带来的影响;中国的贸易现状及世贸组织的原则、职能和中国加入世贸组织的必要性。 第二章:从主要产业的发展实际运用大量数据着重分析了中国轻工业、机械工业、汽车工业、纺织服装业及农业的发展现状、存在的问题,入世后将会获得的利益及挑战,最后提出了相应对策。 第三章:以中国金融业、保险业、电信业为中心,分析了服务行业的现状,当前存在的问题及其在入世中面临的机遇与挑战,以及说明了中国应采取的对策与优化经济行为。 第四章:对中国海关及仲裁机构的职能现状及其在入世后面临国际化的问题进行研究,着重分析了入世对海关及仲裁机构的挑战及其相应对策。 With the development of the stealth technology, stealth performance becomes more and more important in the missile configuration design. Therefore, the integration design of aerodynamic configuration and stealth for the missile is discussed in this paper. The integration design is considered as a multi-objective optimization here. The integration design system is built according to the actual condition of concrete missiles. The system includes building the geometric database of the missile configuration, computing the aerodynamic performance and RCS (Radar Cross Section), and handling the multi-objective optimization problem. Building the geometric database of the missile configuration means the generation of the fitted coordinates. For aerodynamic performance, the Green"s function method for steady aerodynamics is used as the basic method and the engineering method is used to compute the none lift drag. For RCS, by analyzing the frequency performance of radar scattering and the radar scattering source of the missile parts, the physical optics method and the equivalent current method are used as the basic methods. Since deferent parts of the missile have deferent contribution to aerodynamic and stealth performance, the optimization process is related to the deferent parts of the missile. As for the multi-objective optimization problem, it is turned to single-objective optimization by using weighting objectives method. For the single-objective optimization, the flexible tolerance polyhedron method and the genetic algorithm are separately introduced to compare the deference between them. Finally, by using such integration design system, the integration optimization designs for two models of missiles are given in the paper.
