近年来,大学毕业生就业制度改革伴随着高校扩招的步伐不断推进,各种媒体关于大学生“就业难”的报道频频出现,高校毕业生的就业形势愈显严峻。由于高校毕业生的就业牵涉到学生的自我发展、学校的信誉评价、家庭的期望实现、国家高等教育投资的合理回报等,因此扩招后的大学生就业问题逐渐成为万众瞩目的焦点之一。 本研究正是在这样的大背景下,从广西壮族自治区的经济发展现状切入,系统了解广西区域经济发展对人才需求的外部环境后,深入分析广西地方性高校的基础条件,从高校毕业生的就业意向、求职行为、结果反思、社会资本及人力资本对大学生就业的影响等角度研究大学生就业难的根源,尝试探讨促进地方高校大学生顺利就业的对策,以期为推进广西高校毕业生的顺利就业作贡献。 论文主要分四部分展开研究: 第一部分对扩招后出现的大学生就业问题的理论、实证研究文献进行分析,介绍不同的观点。了解我国高等教育研究界对扩招后的大学生就业问题的探索历程,并联系广西的实际情况,提出了论文的研究框架与研究方法。 第二部分对广西高校毕业生就业的背景进行分析。在宏观外部背景上,先对广西区域经济发展的总趋势进行分析,进而测算地方经济发展对大学生的需求状况以及吸纳能力;在中观的高校基础条件背景中,分析高校的入口规模、过程培养、出口管理与大学生就业的关系。研究认为广西的区域经济发展对高素质劳动者具有较强的吸纳潜力,高校必须持续合理的规模扩张速度,合理配置专业结构,加强就业指导工作的管理,以适应社会经济发展对人才的需求。 第三部分通过问卷调查的方式对广西高校毕业生的就业状况进行了实证调查,调查内容包括就业意向、求职行为、就业反思,社会资本、人力资本对就业的影响等,并使用SPSS11.5对调查数据进行了统计分析。 第四部分对促进广西高校大学生顺利就业的对策进行了探讨。从区域宏观环境的创设、地方性高校的运行、大学生自身能力的培养等几个角度提出了促进大学生顺利就业的对策。
In recent years, the college graduate employment police was advanced with the enrolment expansion. Many reports about the difficult of graduate implement were emphasized frequently. The circumstance is more and more austere. Because the graduate employment involves individual’s self-development、college’s credit standing、family’s expectation and the return of a nation’s education investment. Base on the above reasons, it’s necessary that probing into the problems of graduate employment in Guangxi further. The research begins with this background. The region economy development and the parochial college’s basic condition influence the graduate employment. The thesis analyzes the graduates’intent of employment、action of applying for a job、self-reflection of the result、the individual capital of competence and social relationship. The author also attempts to find out some countermeasures to smooth the road of graduate employment and makes some contributes to advance the problem. The article is divided into four parts: The first part analyzes the academic and demonstration research literatures which emerged enrolment expansion after 1999. After understanding the history about the explore course in the domestic boundary of high education, the author contacts the actual circs in Guangxi and brings forward the research frame and method. The second part analyzes the general situation of employment in Guangxi and provides a great background for the context. The region macroscopical economic circs needs more and more college graduates. In the same time ,the scope of local college’s enrolment、the cultivate course、the export administer all deeply influences the graduate employment. The third chapter investigates the region graduate’s opinions on employment through surveys by questionnaires conducted among samples of students and interview. The contents involves: employment intent, employment ways and the employment thinking of graduate employment, which analyzes the reasons of difficulties of graduate employment based on demonstration.
