目的：研究p53、p73在结肠癌中的表达，探讨p53、p73在结肠癌中的表达与结肠癌发生、发展及预后的关系。 方法：选用结肠癌组织标本33例及相应的癌旁正常组织标本33例，通过免疫组织化学检测p53、p73在结肠癌组织及癌旁正常组织中的表达，分析p53、p73在结肠癌中的表达与结肠癌临床病理参数之间的关系。 结果：P53在结肠癌组的阳性表达率为60.6％，在癌旁正常组织组的阳性表达率为15.1％。两者之间存在显著差异(p＜0.01)；p73在结肠癌组的阳性表达率为45.4％，在癌旁正常组织组的阳性表达率为10.0％，两者之间存在显著差异(p＜0.01)。p53、p73在结肠癌中的阳性表达均与结肠癌的Dukes分期及癌细胞的分化程度作相关性分析，结果显示，p53、p73的阳性表达均与Dukes分期有关(p＜0.05)，p53、p73的阳性表达均与癌细胞分化程度有关(p＜0.05)；p53、p73在结肠癌中阳性表达之间作相关性分析，结果显示p53的阳性表达与p73的阳性表达有关(p＜0.05)。 结论：本研究通过免疫组织化学证明了结肠癌组织中p53及p73均存在异常高表达，较癌旁正常组织明显增高，结肠癌组织中p53及p73的阳性表达均与结肠癌Dukes分期及癌细胞分化程度有明显相关性。且p53、p73在结肠癌中的阳性表达之间也具有相关性。说明p53的突变在结肠癌的形成和发展中起了促进作用，p73的高表达p53、p73在结肠癌中的表达及临床意义中文摘要参与结肠癌的形成、发展。同时说明p53与p73有可能都作为结肠癌发生、发展及预后的肿瘤标志物。
Objective: To study the expression of p53 and p73 in tumor tissues and to investigate their value in development and prognosis of colon cancer.Methods: The expression of p53 and p73 in 33 colon cancers and normal para-cancer colon tissues were examined by immunohistochemical technique. The relation between the expression of p53 and p73 in colon cancer and the parameters of clinic pathology of colon cancer was analyzed.Results: The positive rate of p53 in the colon cancer group was 60.6% and that in the normal para-cancer group was 15.1%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (p<0.01). The positive rate of p53 in the colon cancer group was 45.4% and that in the normal para-cancer group was 10.0%. The difference between the two groups was also statistically significant (p<0.01). Relevance was analyzed between positive expression of p53, p73 in the colon cancer and Dukes stages , differentiated grades of the colon cancer. The positive expression of the p53, p73 was observed significant correlation with Dukes stages and differentiated grades of the cloln cancer (p<0.05).The relevance of positive expression was analyzed between p53 and p73. The positive expression of p53 was observed significant correlation with that of p73 (p<0.05).Conclusion: There were overexpression of p53 and p73 in the colon cancer tissues. The expression of p53 and p73 in the colon cancer tissues were significantly higher than that in the normal para-cancer tissues. The positive expression of the p53 p73 was observed significant correlation with Dukes stages and differentiated grades of the colon cancer. The results suggest the mutation of p53 promote the tumorigenesis and development of colon cancers, the overexpression of p73 was involved in the tumorigenesis and development of colon cancer. The results also suggest p53 and p73 would be used as new tumor markers in tumorigenesis development and prognosis of colon cancer.
