在单件、小批生产类型企业中,由于其产品具有一次性、技术含量高、重复率低、难以计划与控制等特点,因此通常采用项目管理方式组织生产。 随着经济的发展,又出现了市场全球化、产品个性化、公司技术专业化等新特点,项目的规模和难度越来越大,单个的企业很难独立完成大型项目的开发和实施,因此出现了要求企业间动态紧密协作的虚拟制造、动态联盟等新的生产经营方式和管理理念。如何在多企业协作环境下进行有效的协同项目成本计划与控制,是许多研究者和管理者重点关注的问题。 本文主要对多企业协作环境下,协同项目成本管理模式、协同项目成本分解与分配方法研究、协同项目成本计划优化方法研究、协同项目成本跟踪、分析与费用调整等问题进行了深入的分析和研究。在此基础上,对协同项目成本计划与控制系统的结构、功能模型和信息模型进行了详细设计。最后对该系统进行了编码实现,通过测试证明该系统是有效的。
Single-item or small batch production enterprises usually adopt project management method to organize production,because their products are very difficult to be planned and controlled. As the developing of economy, market globalization, product individuation and enterprise specialization make project more and more difficult. It is impossible for single enterprise to undertake a large project independently, so many enterprises are getting united with other related enterprises in a dynamic way, and direct their products development with project management ideas. Many researcher and manager focus on how to plan and control the cost of projects effectively in a multi-enterprise cooperating environment. In this paper, we researched the issues coming out of the multi-enterprise environment such as coordination project cost management pattern, coordination project cost breakdown and allocation method, cost tracing, cost analysis and cost adjustment. Based on above research, the structure, functional model, informational model and programs of coordination project cost planning and controlling system were designed and implemented in detail. The effectiveness and utility of the system has been proved through test.
