改革开放以来，福建经济迅速发展，居民生活水平有了很大的提高，同时，收入分配状况出现了一系列的变化，主要是社会成员的收入差距越来越大，分配矛盾日显突出。如何对待这个问题，关系到福建经济和社会的稳定发展，因此，本文选择了收入分配变化及其对策这一课题。本文在详细了解福建居民收入分配的基本情况的基础上，利用年度统计年鉴中的相关数据描绘福建居民的收入情况及其变化，并通过与全国平均收入水平以及同为东部沿海发达地区的先进省份的比较分析，进而利用回归模型对福建居民收入状况进行分析，为各种理论解释提供实证支持。本文在研究福建的收入分配问题时，力图在如下二个方面有所创新：其一，本文将通过大量的数据分析和图表对福建省收入分配差距问题现状、政策原因、体制原因等方面进行分析，并和同为东南沿海省份的苏、浙、粤、鲁进行对比，试图归纳出导致福建收入分配差距的比较系统的原因解释；其二，本文将在定性分析的基础上，结合作者搜集到的数据，利用多元线性回归模型对福建居民基尼系数的变化进行分析。本文共分为五章，第一章主要介绍收入分配中的一些基本概念、国内外研究状况；第二章是对福建居民收入状况进行分析，包括不同行业、不同地区、城镇居民内部、农村居民内部以及不同阶层间的收入分配差距的变化等；第三章对福建省收入分配问题进行实证研究，通过定量的方法分析福建省居民收入分配差距问题；第四章系统分析了福建居民收入差距的原因及其对社会和经济发展的影响；第五章提出了构建海峡西岸经济区、大力发展非公有制经济、深化农村税费改革、促进就业、促进农村富余劳动力有效转移、加强社会保障等相关对策建议。
Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the economy of Fujian province has grown up rapidly, the residential living standard was greatly improved in the past more than twenty years. At the same time, the residential income gap has been enlarged rapidly. How to deal with this problem will affect the stable development of Fujian economy and society. According to this fact, this paper chooses make research on the residential income gap of Fujian as a subject.Based on the knowing about the basic instance of the residential income distribution, this paper uses graphs and charts to describe the residential income and the variation, at the same time, this paper makes an analysis between the residential income positions of Fujian with other advanced province and uses regression model to analyze the residential income distribution variety of Fujian.This paper consists of five chapters, chapter one is on the fundamental theories. To begin with, the thesis makes a brief introduction of the concepts of income distribution and income distribution gap and other concepts involved, introduces correlated research of domestic and foreign country; in chapter two, the author makes descriptions and analyses of the status quo of Fujian income distribution and make research on the residential income of different field, different place, different layers; in chapter three, the paper use regression analysis to study the income distribution gap of Fujian residential; in chapter four, the author analyze the reason of residential income distribution gap and the influence of it; in chapter five, the paper gives some policy suggestion to deal with the increased income distribution gap of Fujian.
