关于电视节目制播制度某一类型的单独论述散见于报刊，但缺乏系统性，这必然削弱理论研究对实践的指导作用。本文力图从制播制度这一宏观角度出发，阐述电视节目制播制度的理论内涵，考察我国电视节目制播制度四十多年来发展变迁的脉络及原因，借鉴国外电视节目制播制度的成功做法，把2000年上半年炒作火爆的制播分离放在电视节目制播制度的大背景下来研究，并根据我国国情和电视业现状提出我国制播制度改革应遵循的五大原则，对我国跨世纪电视节目制播制度的发展趋势作出简短预测。
There are particular expositions about certain type of TV programs? producing and broadcasting system scattered in the newspapers and magazines, but they are short of systematicness. This inevitably weakens theory"s function on practice. From the significant point of view, this thesis explains the theoretical implication of TV programs? producing and broadcasting system, and investigates its over-40-years developing situation and reason in our country, using the successfully abroad experiences for reference, this thesis studies the separation of TV programs? producing and broadcasting, which aroused a fierce boasting in the first half of the year 2000, on the background of TV programs? producing and broadcasting system. According to the condition of our country and current situation of the television course, this thesis puts forward five principles by which we must abide during the reform of TV programs? producing and broadcasting system, and makes a brief forecast about its developing tendency at the turning of the century in our country.
