自1999年11月美国参议院通过《金融现代化法案》以来，关于金融业混业经营的问题再度引起我国金融实业界及经济金融理论界的广泛关注。随着国际经济一体化及金融自由化程度的加深，随着我国国内经济金融环境的变化，这一切都对我国原有的金融分业经营体制及理论提出了挑战。本文旨在从成本、收益的比较分析着手讨论两种不同金融经营模式的利弊，说明不同金融经营模式对金融监管的要求。同时，以西方国家金融经营模式的变迁历程为切入点，结合我国国情探讨中国未来可采纳的金融经营模式。文章结构如下：第一章对两种金融经营模式做出了一般性描述，给出在本文中金融经营模式的定义，并且对其成本收益从企业微观个体及整个市场宏观范围两方面进行了详细阐述；第二章探讨了不同金融经营模式对金融监管的不同要求，分析其监管效果，着重讨论了在过渡时期可以采取的金融监管方式；第三章介绍了西方国家金融经营模式的发展历程，剖析其目前采用金融混业经营方式的现实原因；第四章在介绍改革开放以来中国金融业经营模式选择的历史和现状的同时，给出了中国未来金融经营模式的展望。
Since the passage of << Financial Services Modernization Act Of 1999">> by the Senate of the U.S. in November. 1999, the mixed management has received wide concern from the filed of finance and theoretical economics in our country. With the deepening of globalization and financial liberalization as well as the change of our domestic economic circumstances, the previous financial mono-management system and theory in our country will face challenges. This paper attempts to analyze the pros and cons of the above-mentioned two financial management systems based on the comparison of cost and profit so as to explain the different demands on financial supervision. Furthermore, the paper describes the development of financial management models in western countries and explores a financial management model with Chinese characteristics. The organization of the paper is as follows: Chapter 1: Describing the two models of financial management, providing a definition of financial management models and elaborating on the cost return from the perspective of micro-enterprises and the general market; Chapter 2: Analyzing the different demands of financial management models on financial supervision and their effects, focusing on means of financial supervision during transitional period; Chapter 3: Introducing the development of financial management models in western countries, analyzing the realistic causes of its adoption of the integrated management models; Chapter 4: Introducing the history and present situation of Chinese financial management models since the implementation of opening and reform policy to provide a future possible financial management model in China.
