《全日制义务教育语文课程标准》(实验稿)十分重视语文课程资源的开发和利用,这是对语文课程观念的更新和完善,也是现代语文教育发展和新世纪深化语文教学改革的必然。搞好语文课程资源的开发和利用,对于全面提高学生语文素养必将产生积极而深刻的影响。 初中语文课程资源的开发利用直接制约着语文课程目标实现的范围和水平。为此,必须尽快加强课程资源建设,并从更新教育观念入手,依据学生特点与教学实践,对其科学筛选、分类整合,以适应新时期课程改革的客观需要,从根本上提高学生的语文素养。 语文课程资源的优选和重构,是一种独创的语文教育文化,语文课程资源的不断改进和利用,是语文教育生命力的表现,语文课程资源就像一座丰富的“资源库”。我们要沟通课堂内外,充分利用学校、社区、家庭的课程资源,拓宽语文学习的空间,让学生更多地接触语文材料,增强他们的语文实践能力。 本文对初中语文课外课程资源的开发与利用主要从三个部分进行论述,具体内容如下: 第一部分:语文课程资源及开发利用。这一部分着重论述语文课程资源的内涵、特点和开发、利用及课内与课外语文课程资源的运用原则。 第二部分:家庭语文课程资源的开发与利用。这一部分着重讲了家庭语文课程资源概述、类型及开发利用家庭语文课程资源的途径与方法。 第三部分:社会语文课程资源的开发与利用。这一部分着重讲了社会语文课程资源概述、类型及开发利用社会语文课程资源的途径与方法。
The Standard for the Full-time Chinese Compulsory Education attachs importance to the exploiture of the resources of the Chinese curriculums, which can not only be think as the update and the amendment of the concept of the Chinese curriculums, but also the only way to better exploit and use the curricular resources of Chinese in morden world or to deepen the reformation of the Chinese education in the new century. If we can exploit and use it correctly, there would be a deeply and extremly positive influence for us to increase the students’accomplishment of the Chinese. Obviously, its exploiture for the junior high school restricts the range and the level of the actualization of the curricular objective directly. Therefore, in order to improve the students’accomplishment of the Chinese radically, we have to intensify the construction of the curricular resources as sooner as better. We can begin from update the new concept of the education, according to the students’characteristic and our educational practice classify and filtrate it scientifically, then we can adapt the reformation of the curriculums in the new date. To choose and to regenerate for the curricular resources is a original culture of the Chinese education. Its development and usement show a strong life-force. It’s like a abundant database. We need to integrate the resources both inside and outside the class, make the best of the resources of the school, the community and the family, extend more fields for students to touch more materials to improve their ability of Chinese practice.
