本文主要针对1999年至2003年连续5年华北局多种经营企业的主要财务数据，运用财务指标分析的方法研究多种经营企业的发展状况及存在的一些问题。结合SWOT分析，研究探讨适合企业未来的经营战略，并提出了相应的决策建议。本文主要分五章： 第一章，主要介绍了多种经营企业的形成原因及改制情况。其中以企业改制为重点内容，详细介绍了多种经营企业改制的迫切性、改制的主要方式及改制后企业目前的状况，并举例予以了说明。 第二章，以资产负债表、利润表为基础，介绍了多种经营企业近5年来资产、利润等一些财务指标的变动情况，重点运用比率分析法对企业财务状况进行剖析，揭示在管理中存在的主要问题，为进一步分析研究企业未来发展战略做准备。 第三章，主要分析了目前多种经营企业外部经济环境的机遇与挑战，以及企业内部资源状况的优势与劣势，提出多种经营企业持续进行企业改制的必要性。 第四章，根据各企业完成单体改制后多种经营企业的现有状况，提出对多种经营企业进行管理局层面重组、组建企业集团的战略建议。 第五章，根据多种经营企业财务指标及内外部环境的分析，结合企业目前的实际情况，从人力资源开发等方面对多种经营企业今后的发展提出建议。
The thesis mostly aims at the dominating finance state of multi-industry enterprises which were affiliated to the Huabei Oil Administration Bureau during from 1999 to May 2003 , and researches the development state as well as being existed problems by means of financial indexes analysis. Meanwhile with employing SWOT analysis, the author researches and discusses the management stratagem which will be suitable to enterprise development, and put forward the corresponding feasible standpoints and suggestions.This thesis includes large quantities of materials and information and uses the methods of both Certain Quality and Quantity. It attempts to discover the nature of the problems,seek a resolution,and then promote the multi-industry enterprises which were affiliated to the Huabei Oil Administration Bureau to develop smoothly in new situations.
