学生学习方式的变革,关系到教育质量,关系到师生的校园生活质量。新课标积极倡导“自主、合作、探究”的学习方式,作为其中之一的合作学习,因其教学效果的有效性和培养学生合作意识、团队精神的显著特征倍受关注。 在借鉴吸收前人研究经验的基础上,结合自己的教学实践,本文对合作学习的内涵及其特征作了更深入的阐释。所谓合作学习,是指学生在小组或团队中为了完成共同的目标与任务,有明确的责任分工的互助性学习。合作学习是目标一致,培养团队精神的学习活动;是实现学生全面均衡发展的学习活动;是协作、交往贯穿始终的学习活动;是强调教师积极组织引导的学习活动。 语文是最重要的交际工具,注重人际的交往和沟通,更需要一种群体的合作精神,合作学习对语文学习有至关重要的作用。它有利于培养学生思维品质,提高语文素养;有利于开辟信息源,提高学生搜集处理信息的能力;有利于开展综合性学习,促进学生全面发展;有利于焕发个体生命力,提高综合素质。 本研究遵循理论联系实际的原则,对合作学习的实施策略作了深入探讨,认为要使语文合作学习取得实效,必须努力做到:营造民主信任的合作氛围;建设平等参与的合作课堂;加强对合作学习的组织引导;与自主学习、探究学习紧密结合。 本研究试图进一步完善合作学习理论体系和实践经验,为语文课程改革尽微薄之力。

The language is most the social intercourse tool of importance and pay attention to a human relations of association and communication, more demand a kind of community of cooperation spirit, cooperate learning to language study have to the pass importance of function. It is advantageous to development a student thinking quality , exaltation language cultivated manners; Be advantageous to developing an information source, exaltation student collection processing the ability of information; Be advantageous to opening an exhibition comprehensive sex study, promote student overall development; Be advantageous to shining individual vitality, development comprehensive character.
