随着信息技术在社会各领域的广泛应用,经济全球化的发展速度愈加迅速,加工贸易已经成为全球贸易的主流,我国加入WTO已有近十年的时间了,众多跨国企业受到我国广阔的市场前景和良好投资环境的吸引,将很多环节以原产地委托制造(OEM)的形式转移到中国,对中国的经济发展起到了积极的促进作用。随着国家西部大开发政策的推行,四川省作为西部地区的重要省份在承接东部沿海的产业转移过程中扮演着重要的角色,而加工贸易成为其参与到国际市场的一个重要途径。 目前,加工贸易的良好发展趋势对四川省经济的发展起到了一定的促进作用,但作为一个刚刚起步的产业,当中不免存在一些薄弱环节,然而国内学者的研究却鲜有以四川这样的西部省份为研究客体,在此基础上,本文试图对四川省加工贸易产业进行深入分析。以四川省加工贸易现状为出发点,探讨其面临的问题和制约因素,继而推导出,在信息经济这一背景的影响下,企业信息化水平已成为影响加工贸易产业升级的主要因素。为了确切了解信息技术推动产业升级的过程,本文根据信息技术分类,探讨了企业信息化的阶段性特征,在不同的阶段信息技术对企业的组织管理、技术创新有不同的影响方式,它对企业的竞争力、创新能力的提高以及生产成本、交易费用的降低都起到了积极的促进作用,同时,信息技术独有的网络效应和正反馈效应使得加工贸易产业对信息技术的利用存在强烈的路径依赖特征。本文在理论分析的基础上运用面板数据分析的计量经济学方法进行实证研究,面板数据分析是时间序列和截面数据分析的结合,能够更真实的反映出近年来加工贸易快速增长的原因,是一个创新的尝试,同时以问卷的形式对四川省五家加工贸易企业的信息化实施效果进行调查,继而提出切合实际的对策与建议,相信在目前这一关键时刻,对四川省加工贸易产业的升级和四川省经济的发展定会起到积极的促进作用。
Along with the information technology widely used in the various social fields,the economical globalization is developing even more rapidly.The processing trade already became to the mainstream in the world.It"s nearly ten years since China joins in WTO.A lot of multinational enterprises are attracted by the broad market prospect and the good investment environment in our country.Much production course will shift China by the original equipment manufacture(OEM).It"s a positive effect to China"s economy.Along with implementing the strategy for the development of the western area,Sichuan,a important province in western area is acting the important role in the eastern industrial shift process.And processing trade becomes important to participate in the international market. At present,the good tendency of processing trade promotes Sichuan economic development in a certain extent.But as an underway industry,it must have some weak links unavoidably. However the domestic scholar"s researches rarely take Sichuan such west province as the research object actually.On the condition,this article attempts to carry the Sichuan processing trade on the thorough analysis.Take the Sichuan processing trade present situation as the starting point,discusses problem and restriction factor which it faces,subsequently infers,under the information economy background,the enterprise informatization level has become the primary factor which influence processing trade industry promotes.In order to understand the information technology impetus indus(?)exactly, this article according to the information(?)chnology classification,has discussed the stage characteristic of enterprise informatization.It influences organization management,technical innovation in a different way.It enhances enterprise"s competitive ability,the innovation ability as well as reduces the production cost,the transaction cost. Synchronously,it caused a intense path dependence characteristic for the processing trade because of the network effect and the positive feedback effect of the information technology.Besides theoretic analysis,this article uses the Panel Data,one of econometric method to analysis.Panel Data analysis combines the time series and the cross section data. It could reflect why the processing trade grows fast in recent years truly.It"s an innovative try.At the same time five processing trade enterprise carry on the investigation for the informatization effect in Sichuan.Subsequently we proposed the realistic countermeasure and the suggestion.It must be a positive effect to the Sichuan processing trade promotion and economy development in this critical moment.
