转型期的乡村社会秩序的研究是一种问题导向而非学科导向的研究。当前对乡村社会秩序的研究,有两种错误倾向。那就是狭隘的学科本位观对社会历史的碎割化,及历史学科学化的追求导致人的历史主体性的丧失。前者以“圈地”方式将乡村史分割为经济史、社会史、政治史、文化史、法制史等专门史领域,从而损害了呈全息景观的乡村社会历史的整体性。因此,由单一论域走向多维视野,才能够全方位地认识乡村社会的历史变迁过程。后者则制造了乡村“无人区”,使人只能看到概念的逻辑演进和史料的机械堆积,而农民的日常生活世界却不见了。究其原因,乃在研究者丢掉了人本主义理念,缺少对农民的人文关怀。故只有贴近农民,才能真正地理解农民,真正建立起对乡村社会历史的合理解释。因此,人类学的参与式观察方法和传统史学的人文化书写方式很值得借鉴。走出上述两大误区,也正是要寻求史学科学性与人文性的有机结合。 本文将在这一方法的指导下结合对江西云山镇的调查,打破专业的局限,借鉴政治学、经济学、法学、社会学、历史学以及文化人类学等领域研究的成果,对乡村社会秩序进行解读,以图达到两个目的:其一就是向人们展示当代乡村社会的秩序内容,以及在乡村社会秩序影响下人们日常行为;其二是通过观察比较乡村社会各种秩序的过去和现在,分析它们的内容及其变化的原因,探索对乡村社会秩序发展演变的正确认识。经过调查研究,发现乡村社会秩序内容十分丰富,其中有国家秩序的存在,也有它的自身运行逻辑即乡村内生秩序:内生秩序的内容涉及神和人,覆盖着整个乡村社会人们的日常行为,然而对这些秩序的内容进行分析后,不难发现乡村内生秩序对国家秩序有兼容的一面;乡村社会的秩序不是一成不变的,内生秩序和国家秩序相互碰撞共同在乡村发生作用,同时又都受到生产力发展水平的影响;当前,中国正处在社会转型期,受现代性因素的影响乡村社会秩序面临着重大调整,局部的短时的乡村社会失范就成为必然。
The study on rural problems is on focus all the time, especially during the period of Social Vicissitudes. The study calls for the participation of various theories such as politics, sociology, history, economics and so on. Unfortunately, views vary from people to people on the base of their own majors, which ruins the congruity of studying rural problems. What"s more, historians highlight some advance concepts to aim at scientific history while missing humanism. To get a congruous conception of rural society, it is better to mix historical humanism with humanity approach.This essay will ruminate over what the rural society is like and how the rural social rules work, combining with the case study of a town in Jiangxi Province.As a conclusion, rural social rules are composed of rural internal rules and national rules, which interfere with each other. And that"s why some internal rules are the remnants of traditionally national ones. Besides, Both of them are determined by productivity development. During the period of social vicissitude, rural social rules are encountered with a big challenge--social anomie, which is compulsory.
