把主持人节目和节目主持人作为一门学科来建设,我国在世界上是独此一家,从这个角度来讲,我们在国际上处于领先地位。但我们的研究与我国的主持人实践相比又相对滞后,远远满足不了实际工作对理论的渴求,很多基础理论问题尚未搞清楚,实践中又涌现出大量新鲜经验和疑难问题等着我们去总结和回答。这篇论文以中西方电视节目主持人的发展脉络为起点,立足于我国电视节目主持人的现状,从主持人的主要来源、性别构成、年龄构成和综合素质等方面进行分析和论述,勾画出一幅我国电视节目主持人发展现状的轮廓,在此基础上,又对未来的发展趋势做出自己的分析,明确提出未来的电视荧屏呼唤有道德权威和智慧权威的主持人,我们的电视观众呼唤真诚的主持人,电视产业市场需要有个性的主持人,而主持人的可持续发展又呼唤有相应的主持人职业规划机制。论文将电视节目主持人从整个主持人群体中单独提取出来,缩小了研究对象,增强了针对性,这和以往论文不加区分地研究整个主持人群体有所不同,使论文本身更具有现实意义和参考价值。论文没有囿于主持艺术等业务知识,而是跳出业务范畴,将电视节目主持人作为一个职业纳入社会发展大环境作中观分析,这和业内大量的研究主持人语言或者某种节目类型主持人的技能等主持应用类文章不同。论文选择了紧密贴近现实的话题--电视节目主持人的发展现状和趋势,这个主题在很多研究文章和业务文章中均有涉及,但是把它作为一个毕业论文选题而进行专门论述的则少而又少,而对这个话题的梳理和思考,理应是我国电视节目主持人研究领域中一个重要的前瞻性课题。
China is the only country in which the host and program is regarded as a subject. At this point of view, our study in this subject takes the lead in the world. But when we compare it with our host practice, we will find it delays very much, it is not enough to our need. On the one hand, many problems on basic theory happen, on the other hand, there are much new experience and trouble we have to think about.The thesis is based on the development reality of Chinese host. It starts from host development history in our country and western countries. Then draw a picture about host actuality, in which it analyze the resource of host, sex structure, age structure and so on. At last, make some conclusion about host future: the television in future need the host who are moral and knowledgeable, our audience call honest hosts, the television market need personal host, and the continue development in future call available training mechanism.The thesis only regards television host as study aim, different from other theses that study the host both in television and in radio, which makes it more valuable.The thesis is not concerned television host art. It study television host as ca career in the society and analyze much about it. There are few thesis about host actuality and future, but it is actually an important problem.
