论文标题:锅炉数字化视频监测系统的研究与开发 The Study and Exploiture of Digital Viedo Detection System of Boiler 论文作者 董宜敏 论文导师 于向军,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 动力机械及工程 论文单位 东南大学,点击次数 97,论文页数 75页File Size1031k 2004-03-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_567562042/ 电站锅炉; 火焰检测; 汽包; 水位补偿; 视频监测; 数字图像处理 power plant boiler; flame detection; drum; water level compensation; video detection; digital image processing 目前,我国火电厂普遍采用工业电视系统(TV)监视炉膛火焰和汽包双色水位计,主要依靠人的视觉从工业TV图像中获取信息,属于定性观察。随着计算机处理能力的提高和视频技术的发展,人们利用计算机的高速数据处理能力进行视频的采集、处理、压缩和存储,获取图像信息,从定性观察向定量检测方向发展。本文设计了一套基于PC机的锅炉数字化视频监测系统。本文介绍了视频监控技术的原理和基于火焰图像燃烧诊断技术的应用。对几种炉膛测温方法进行了分析、比较,针对火焰监视存在的问题,结合各种方法的优缺点,着重介绍了基于火焰图像温度场的诊断方法和基于实验标定计算温度的方法。根据温度场可以计算辐射能信号,可为全炉膛火焰的燃烧诊断和优化燃烧控制提供依据。另外,论文对电厂各种汽包水位计的使用情况进行了分析,详细探讨了水位测量的误差,提出了双色水位计的压力和温度补偿方法;并结合图像处理技术,开发了针对不同水位计图像处理的算法,实现了水位计的清晰显示。在此基础上,论文设计了锅炉数字化视频监测系统,对系统硬件进行配置和集成,开发了相应的应用软件。最后,论文对后续工作提出了一些建议。 At present, industry television system is widely used in monitoring hearth flame and drum double color water level meter of boiler. Image information is mostly obtained by man’s eyes, which is qualitatively observed. Along with the development of computer management capacity and video technique, multimedia computer is used for quantitative observation. The paper presents a set of boiler digital video detection system based on PC. On the one hand, the paper introduces the theory of video detection and the applications of combustion diagnosis based on flame image. According to the analysis and comparison of several methods, advantages and disadvantages are presented. Particularly, aiming at the problem of flame monitoring, the paper introduces combustion diagnosis based on flame temperature distribution and temperature calculating based on calibrating experiment. This system can calculate radiant energy by using temperature distribution, which can optimize combustion control. On the other hand, according to the actual situation of local water level meter, a method of pressure and temperature compensation has been given in this paper. Moreover, the edge-detecting method of image processing is used in detecting water level of boiler drums. The result shows this method is practicality for power plant. In addition, the paper presents hardware integral and software development of boiler video detection system. Finally, the paper brings up some proposal about the later work.
