90年代末以来,为了重塑现代工业体系,盘活中心城区旧厂房(工业楼宇)存量国有资产,增加就业机会,促进中小企业的创业发展,我国以上海为首的大城市纷纷借鉴国际大都市的成功经验,大力推进都市型工业的发展,都市型工业园区也随之成为必然。都市型工业园区发展了近十年中,取得了一定的成就,也存在一些问题。本文以产业发展、产业集聚和产业链相关理论为基础,分析了我国都市型工业的基本特征、发展特点以及我国都市型工业园区的发展特点、发展趋势。在理论研究的基础上,以武汉市为例分析了武汉市都市型工业园区在发展中存在的问题,并从管理、布局、运作以及在结合老工业基地改造方面提出相应的发展策略。
Taking the successful experiences of international metropolises as reference, big cities in China led by Shanghai have improved the development of urban industry as well as the construction of urban industrial park greatly since 1990s. This improvement is mainly for reconstructing industrial systems, liquidizing remnant assets of old workshops in inner city, increasing job opportunities and boosting the development of enterprises of middle and small size.After these years, the construction of urban industrial park has gained a certain amount of achievements, while existing some problems at the same time. Based on essential theories of industrial development, industrial centralization and industrial chain, this thesis analyzes the basic properties, development characters and development tendency of both urban industry and urban industrial park. Then the thesis takes Wuhan city in China as an example to further analyze the problems of development of urban industrial park, and finally brings forward development strategies from the aspects of management, layout and operation.
