玻璃钢夹砂管作为一种柔性的非金属复合材料管道,将其应用于地下给排水管道顶管工程具有重量轻、耐腐蚀、摩阻系数小、寿命长、管道和接口抗渗强度高等优点。目前,在我国的发达地区,玻璃钢夹砂顶管的应用已呈上升趋势。本文结合上海地区首个大口径玻璃钢夹砂管顶管工程,主要从室内试验和数值分析两个方面研究了玻璃钢夹砂顶管的力学性能以及在顶管施工中的力学效应。 首先通过室内试验测定大口径玻璃钢夹砂顶管管材的抗压强度、弹性模量以及在径向荷载作用下整管的刚度、刚度因子、荷载-变形曲线以及挠曲变形能力,分析研究了大口径玻璃钢夹砂顶管的破坏规律以及破坏模式。结果表明:玻璃钢夹砂顶管管材属于脆性材料,缠绕式玻璃钢夹砂顶管的材质试样基本沿着层与层之间的分界面破坏,而离心浇铸式玻璃钢夹砂顶管材质试样的破坏是沿着某个滑裂面破坏;缠绕式玻璃钢夹砂顶管的抗径向荷载性能要优于离心浇铸式玻璃钢夹砂顶管,同时两者在径向荷载作用下的破坏形式明显不同。 然后通过对玻璃钢夹砂顶管进行摩阻力特性整管试验与直剪试验研究,得到了玻璃钢夹砂顶管外壁、混凝土与上海地区典型土层间的摩擦系数,以及玻璃钢夹砂顶管外壁摩阻力的发展特性,并且分析了注浆
Glass reinforced plastic mortar pipe is a kind of flexible pipe which is made by nonmetal complex material. Applying it in pipe-jacking has a lot of advantage, such as light weight, hard eroded, small friction, longevity and so on. At present, in the developed area of China, the using of glass reinforced plastic mortar pipe is growing. This paper combined with the first project of large diameter glass reinforced plastic mortar pipe jacking in Shanghai, study the mechanical behavior of glass reinforced plastic mortar pipe jacking through experimentation and numerical analysis. Firstly, some rules of big diameter glass reinforced plastic mortar pipe’s mechanical behavior are obtained through outside load experiments for glass reinforced plastic mortar pipe. The result shows: the material of glass reinforced plastic mortar pipe is brittle, the enlaced sample always destroyed along the interface of different layers, but the centrifugal sample destroyed along a breach; the capacity of bearing radial load of enlaced glass reinforced plastic mortar pipe is better than the centrifugal ones, the destroyed forms of them is also different. Secondly, the whole pipe and direct shear friction experiments between glass reinforced plastic mortar pipe and typical soil of Shanghai have been done. The friction factor of glass reinforced plastic mortar pipe and typical soil of Shanghai, the develop characters of friction and the effect of injecting slurry on the frictional characters are got through the experiments. The result shows: the ektexine of glass reinforced plastic mortar pipe is slipperier than concrete pipe; injecting slurry could minish the friction between soil and pipe, but the effect of minishing friction is bear
