论文标题:基于GIS和数据库技术的交通规划信息系统研究与实现 The Research and Realization of Transport Planning Information System Based on GIS and Database 论文作者 胥滢波 论文导师 柳军飞;施海虎,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 软件工程 论文单位 湖南大学,点击次数 158,论文页数 91页File Size7194k 2004-12-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_5823402/ 交通;规划;数据库;地理信息系统 Transport; Planning; Database; Geographic Information System 交通规划是政府指导交通行业发展的重要依据之一,交通规划的科学性决定了交通行业发展的正确取向,是交通行业跨越性发展的前提和基础。建立一个数据体系完备、分析能力强、表现能力丰富的系统,为交通规划提供辅助决策功能,已是迫在眉睫。 由于交通规划涉及的数据类型众多,数据量大,大量数据同空间位置紧密联系,并且许多的规划应用需要进行空间分析,因此利用GIS技术和数据库技术开发交通规划信息系统成为必然。 本文系统地分析了交通规划业务类型、业务流程、数据类型以及其它的业务需求,在现状分析基础上结合业务需求,提出了系统的总体功能要求,以及交通规划信息系统的总体框架,并在总体框架的指导下,确定了系统的建设方案,最后在ArcInfo8.3和Oracle9i等软件的支持下,实现了交通规划信息系统的基本功能。 本文针对当前交通规划的业务需求和存在的主要问题进行了研究,目标是实现一个能支撑交通空间、属性数据以及各类交通业务数据整合和资源共享的应用平台。主要完成的工作如下: (1) 确定了交通规划数据的收集、整理、入库、处理等方面的解决方案,建立了交通规划数据体系,形成交通规划数据标准体系和数据资源库,为交通规划提供数据资源服务。 (2) 对交通规划模型进行了初步探索,规范和整理了主要的交通规划业务专业模型,将GIS和数据库作为解决交通规划问题的一种工具,结合传统经典理论、模型,并配以GIS强大的空间分析功能和数据库的数据管理分析功能,为交通规划提供基本的辅助决策功能。 (3) 利用地理信息系统强大的空间数据表现功能,解决了交通规划信息展现要求形象直观、简单易用、针对性强等方面问题,特别是解决了规划成果的有效展现以及模型分析、辅助决策结果展现的问题。 (4) 以地理信息系统和数据库技术为基础,初步实现了公路规划、港口规划、内河航运规划、交通安全规划的基本应用,同时为交通规划应用拓展和深化提供了一个基础平台。 Transport Planning is one of the government important instructions for the development of the transport industry. The scientific nature of the Transport Planning defines the correct orientation of the transport industry and is the prerequisite and foundation for its surmounting development. It is extremely urgent now to establish a system with complete data architecture, strong analysis ability and rich performance, which will provide an auxiliary decision function for the transport planning.Because the Transport Planning involves many data types and its data quantity is tremendous, a large quantity of data have close association with the space position and many planning applications need to carry on the spatial analysis, therefore it inevitably becomes a necessity by using the GIS technology and the Database technology to develop the Transport Planning Information System.On the basis of analyzing the current situation combined with business requirements, this article has systematically analyzed the business type, operating flow, data type and other business requirements of the Transport Planning, rendered an overall functional request as well as an overall architecture of the Transport Planning Information System. And under the instruction of the overall architecture, it has determined the system construction plan. In the end, supported by the Arclnfo8.3 and Oracle 9i software, it has realized the basic function of the Transport Planning Information System.This article has conducted the research in view of the current transport planning business requirements and the existing main questions, the goal is to realize an application platform to be able to support the transport spatial, the attribute data as well as each kind of communication business data conformity and the resources sharing. The main job completed are as follows:1. It has determined the resolution for transport planning data collection, reorganization, storage, and processing etc., and has established the transport planning data system, formed the transport planning data standard system and the data resources bank, provided the data resources service for the transport planning.2. it has carried out the preliminary exploration to the transport planning model, standardized and reorganized the main transport planning service
