随着城市化和工业化的高速发展，农村集体土地大量被征用，许多农民被迫离开相依为命的土地，从而迅速催生出一个急剧膨胀的社会群体——失地农民。本研究以失地农民为切入点，采用文献法、问卷调查法和个案访谈法对浙江省嘉兴市塘汇街道失地农民的社会支持网作了一定的探讨。 本研究集中探讨了失地农民的情感支持网、财务支持网和就业支持网的一般特征。通过对情感支持网的分析得出家庭是失地农民情感寄托的第一场所，朋友起到了其情感寄托补偿机制的作用；通过对财务支持网的研究得出人情互惠是失地农民在实际交往中遵循的基本准则，理性选择是其实际交往的基本理念，社区归属是其交往的基本归宿；通过对就业支持网的研究得出利用网络的扩张与延伸获取就业信息是失地农民就业的主要手段，而资源获得与付出的均衡是其就业交往的内在机理，政府与社区是失地农民就业的主要载体。通过对三个支持网的综合，本研究认为失地农民社会支持网已逐渐由封闭型向半开放型转变并兼具传统社会和现代社会的双重特性。全文共分七个部分： 第一部分为绪论，主要阐述了本研究的出发点、目的、意义以及国内外相关研究的进展情况； 第二部分主要是对本研究的研究方法、研究的创新性和可行性的阐述； 第三部分主要是对调查地经济社会发展状况的简要介绍、对样本基本特征的描述以及对相关概念的界定和操作化； 第四至第六部分是论文的主体，分别描述了失地农民情感支持网、财务支持网、就业支持网的一般特征，包括各个支持网的网络规模、趋同性、异质性、关系构成以及紧密度。同时，在现状描述的基础上对各个支持网作了一定的理论分析和探讨。 第七部分，在概括本文研究结论的基础上，预测失地农民社会支持网的发展趋势，即交往对象日益拓展、交往行为日益理性、交往过程日益注重文化的渗透和融合。
Following the urbanization and industrialization, the countryside collective land is massively taken over for use. Many farmers are compelled to leave the land which is bound by a common destiny, thus a social group was rapidly expedited-last-land peasants. This research discusses the social supporting networks of the last-land peasants in Tanghui Street, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province,taking the last-land peasants as research objects, collecting the materials by the methods of document、questionnaire investigation and case interview. This research centralism describes the general characteristics about the Emotion supporting network, Finance supporting network and the Employment supporting network and forecasts the developing tendency of the social supporting networks of the last-land peasants. Through the analysis to Emotion supporting network, this research concludes that the family is the first place of the last-land peasants" emotion reposing, the friends are the compensate mechanism of the emotion reposing; Through the analysis to Finance supporting network, this research concludes that the human sentiment reciprocal benefit is the basic criterion which follows in the Finance contact of last-land peasants, rational choice is its basic idea, the community ownership is its basic home to return to; Through the analysis to Employment supporting network, this research concludes that using the networks" expansion and extends to gain employment information is the main method of last-land peasants to have a job, the resources" equilibrium is the intrinsic mechanism of the Employment supporting network, the government and the community are the main carrier which help the last-land peasants get employed. This research thought that the social networks of the last-land peasants have already gradually by the enclosed type to the partly opening transformation, having double characteristics of traditional society and the modern society. It includes seven parts: Part one, as a preface, includes the start-point, purpose, significance of this research and summarizes the relatable study in domestic and foreign; Part two mainly describes the research method, creativity, feasibility of this research; Part three is about the brief introduction of the investigation sample"s economic and society, also, it describes the basic characteristics of the sample and gives an explanation about Limits and operation of the related concepts; Part four to part six is the paper"s main body, separately describes the general characteristics about the Emotion supporting network, Finance supporting network and the Employment supporting network. It analyzes the social network"s situation from the following aspects: size, homogeneity, diversity, the structure of various relationships and density. Meanwhile, it has made certain theoretical analysis and discussion in the foundation of present situation to each supporting network; In the last part, based on the summarization of this researches result, forecasts the developing tendency of the social supporting network of the last-land peasants, including the contact objects enlarger day by day, the contact behavior more rationality day by day and the contact process paying great attention to the seepage and fusion of the culture day by day.
