质量管理被誉为提高企业效益和竞争力的最佳途径。随着质量观念的转变，企业对质量和质量管理有了新的认识和追求，从质量控制的实施到全面质量管理的开展以及质量管理体系的应用，有效控制了不合格品，降低了质量成本，获得了经济效益。 ISO9000标准是一种国际认可的质量管理制度，它是世界各国质量管理理论和实践经验的总结，它特别吸取了当代全面质量管理的精髓，在经济贸易中已作为质量保证的共同语言和准则，这对各国质量管理和质量认证事业提供了科学依据。 本文通过对我国企业实施ISO9000标准的调查、分析及对案例的研究，阐明了ISO9000标准对提高企业管理水平的作用，说明如何解决“传统质量管理”向“ISO9000标准”转化并需与企业管理实际相结合。同时，对企业实施ISO9000标准过程中存在的问题提出解决办法和思路，强调持续改进的主导思想，并将其融入企业管理的各个层面，会有助于企业不断提高业绩，增强市场竞争能力。
The quality management is regarded as the most important commerce measure that can achieve better economic results and competing ability. With the change of people" s quality conception, new recognition and pursuit of quality and quality management have been made by the enterprises. By implementing quality control and applying an overall quality management , the enterprise is able to control the defective products efficiently, reduce productive cost and gain economic profit.IS09000 standard is a quality management system recognized internationally. It is the summary of international trading experience and the theory of quality management. It especially absorts the pick of the modern overall quality management . In world trading, It has been the common language and priciples of the trading management and quality guarantee. It offers the scientific standard to individual country s quality mangement and quality guarantee.Through investigating ang analyzing our country s erterprises implementing IS09000 standard and analyzing many cases, this thesis proved the implementing of IS09000 standard has an effect on improving enterprises" management level and explained how to make the"Traditional Management" in accordance with the "Standard Management" . On the same time, It puts forward proposals to solve the existing defects on enterprises carrying out IS09000 standard . Based on this, it elaborates that the continual improvement is the main aim of IS09000 standard. If this theory can be applied and improved in every layer of the enterprises, it will help them to seek a suitable road of quality to take part in the market competing.Chen Jun (MBA) Directed by Jia Ming de
