论文标题:关于“知沟”和“数字鸿沟”现象研究 Research on the Phenomenon of "Gap in Knowledge" and "Digital Gap 论文作者 张燕 论文导师 魏奇,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 教育技术学 论文单位 江西师范大学,点击次数 86,论文页数 37页File Size2637k 2002-04-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_60554792/ 知识差距(知沟);数字鸿沟;功能性文盲;对策 Gap in knowledge;Digital Gap;Functional Illiteracy;Countermeasure “知识差距”(知沟)是社会发展进程中的普遍现象。如果这一现象得不到国家乃至整个社会的关注,同时不能从根本上予以解决,那么,“知识差距”将愈拉愈大,人们的文化素质将呈现递减趋势。可以预见,“知识差距”扩大化最终将会阻碍国家发展与社会进步。 随着以计算机和网络技术为核心的现代信息技术的广泛应用,知识差距(知沟)的新形式——“数字鸿沟”出现了,它所带来的信息落差、知识分隔,又将成为互联网时代必须应对的难题。这个难题解决的成功与否,直接关系到我国能否在21世纪实现飞速的跨越式发展。因此,我们必须采取相应的措施来解决这个难题,跨越数字鸿沟,以实现新世纪的跨越式发展。 本文主要包括四个部分的内容。首先,文章的第一部分从文献分析的角度对“知沟”理论作了历史回顾,阐述了“知沟”的定义及其产生的原因;第二部分阐述了八十年代以来我国所启动的多项弥补“知沟”的工程,即为缩小“知沟”所采取的多项有利措施;在文章的第三部分,从文盲的传统定义到文盲的现代定义入手,阐述了互联网络时代的“知沟”新形式——“数字鸿沟”,对数字鸿沟与功能性文盲作了分析,接着阐述了数字鸿沟的具体内涵,并具体分析了数字鸿沟现象及其产生的原因:在文章的最后一部分,在理论分析的基础上,从观念先行、技能培训、发展教育、加大投入等方面探讨了有效填补、跨越“数字鸿沟”的对策。 Gap in knowledge" is common phenomenon in the evolutive courses of society. If this phenomenon doesn"t arouse enough attention of the whole society and can"t be solved ultimately, then "Gap in knowledge" will be more and more greater, people"s self-cultivation will take on the trend of degression. It is forseeable that the enlarging "Gap in knowledge" will ultimately block the development of country and the advancement of society.With the abroad application of modern information technology whose core is thecomputer and network, the new form of "Gap in knowledge"------"Digital Gap" appears. Thefall of information and the compartmentation of knowledge which "digital gap" brings will become the difficult problem which we should face up to in the new century. And the problem solved or not will directly affect whether our country could realize the flying development in the 21st century. Therefore, we should take the corresponding measures to solve the problem and realize the flying development in new century.This paper contains four leading parts. In Section One, it reviews the history of the develoment of theory of "Gap in knowledge", then it discusses the definition of "Gap in knowledge" and explains the causes which it appears. In Section Two, it expounds on several measures which our country has taken to shorten the "Gap in knowledge". In Section Three, starting with the traditional definition and the new definition of illiteracy, it discusses the newform of "Gap in knowledge"----"Digital Gap" in this new age and analyses the "DigitalGap" and the functional illiteracy. In sucession, it expatiates on the idiograhic meaning of "Digital Gap" , then it completely analyses the phenomenon of "Digital Gap" and the causes which it appears. In Section Four, based on the academic analysis, it probes into several effective countermeasures to fill up the "Digital Gap", that is updating our minds, developing all kinds of education, increasing the educative funds.
