The come-and-go between China and Southeast was frequent. The medicines exchange was the marked one among all kinds of intercommunions. There was two channels of the medicines exchange between China and Southeast. One was the way that the nations of Southeast paid tribute to China and China returned a salute. Another was the trade between China and Southeast in Yuan dynasty. The medicines was an important part among all goods, especially among the export from the nations of Southeast. And some Chinese medicines was also exported to the nastions Southeast. First, this text will discuss the channels of the medicines exchange and historical state between China and Southeast in Yuan dynasty, that the management of the medicines from Southeast, the category of the medicines, and the trait of the exchange between China and Southeast. Second, this text will discuss the historical reasons that the intercommunion and the trade developed including the development of medicine and the enhancement of the doctor"s status, that the government paid attention to foreign trade, and the social demand. Finally, this text will summarize the influence of the exchange and trade between China and Southeast in Yuan dynasty from two aspects .One is the political and economic influence,anthor is the curatorial and dietetic influence.
