论文标题:叶尔羌河流域水资源最优调配研究 Research on Water Resources Optimal Dispatching in Yeerqiang River Basin 论文作者 于长生 论文导师 黄强,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 水文学及水资源 论文单位 西安理工大学,点击次数 134,论文页数 74页File Size2033k 2002-02-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_6215667/ 叶尔羌河流域;水资源;水库;最优调配;系统科学;优化模拟模型 Yeerqiang River basin;water resources;reservoir;optimal dispatching;system science;optimal-simulation model 论文结合生产实际课题,采用系统科学的理论与方法对新疆叶尔羌河流域水资源最优调配问题进行了深入研究,提出了叶河流域水资源最优调配方案,得出了下坂地水利枢纽工程的优选参数。为流域水资源调配和工程设计提供重要依据。其主要研究成果如下: (1)流域水资源调配几个关键问题的处理。叶河流域是一复杂水资源系统,既要考虑整个系统的灌溉和生态用水,又要兼顾27座电站的电力补偿,为了对水资源进行合理调配,对其中的关键问题如:多年调节水库计算方法、地表水与地下水的联合调节等问题进行了研究,提出了理论上合理、操作上可行的处理方法。 (2)调配原则研究。通过对叶河流域水资源现状、综合利用要求等方面分析,提出水资源调配原则,即先满足流域内工农业、生活需水,再向下游生态供水,后考虑电力补偿,提高南、北网的总出力,最后向上中游平原水库充水。 (3)叶河流域水资源最优调配模型建立。从叶河流域水资源利用存在问题入手,分析了支流塔什库尔干河上建设下坂地水库的必要性,将下坂地水库的水资源优化问题纳入整个流域考虑,以下坂地水库为核心进行全流域水资源系统联合调节和最优调配研究。对叶河流域下坂地山区水库、平原水库群、灌区、生态保护区供水、塔里木河补水、径流电站水文补偿和电力补偿等优化调配问题进行了系统分析。确定了流域水资源最优调配的基本原则,建立了叶尔羌河流域水资源最优调配模型,运用优化模拟技术进行求解,得出了叶河流域水资源最优调配方案。 (4)下坂地水库参数的优选。通过分析下坂地水库不同参数组合情况下的水资源最优调配成果,从水利、动能指标出发,采用定性与定量相结合的综合分析方法,推荐了最优的参数组合。 The problem of water resources optimal dispatching in Yeerqiang River basin is studied deeply in this paper by using the theory and method of system science, and the optimal dispatching schemes are introduced, and the optimal parameter of Xiabandi reservoir is proposed, which could provide important evidence for actual water resources operation and project device. The main results of the paper are as follows:(1) Dealing with some key questions for basin water resources operation. The Yeerqiang River basin is a complex water resources system, not only must the water for irrigation and zoology be considered, but the electrical compensation for 27 power station should be given attention. In order to realize reasonable dispatching of water resources, some key questions are studied, such as operation method for multi-year reservoir, the associated operation of surface water and ground water, and as a result, the reasonable and feasible disposal measures are put forward.(2) Study on operation principle. According to the analysis of water resources actuality and multiobjective utilization and so on, the operation principle is proposed, viz. the industry agriculture and living water demand should be firstly fulfilled, and then suffice zoology water, and electrical compensation to improve the total power of north and west electrical net, at last full plain reservoirs.(3 )The establishment of water resources optimal dispatching model. Starting from the problem of water resources utilization, the necessity of building Xiabandi reservoir is analyzed, and the optimal operation of Xiabandi reservoir is considered by putting intototal drainage area. Some questions are analyzed systemly such as the optimal dispatching of montanic reservoir, plain reservoirs, water supply to irrigation area, zoology, and Talimu River, hydrologic and electrical compensation. On base of which the rule and the model of optimal operation are established, and the optimal dispatching schemes are acquired by using optimal-simulation method.(4) The select of Xiabanxi reservoir parameter. By using quantitative and qualitative method, the different water resources optimal operation results of hydraulic and energy index under different parameters combination are analyzed, according to which the optimal parameters combination is recommended.
