我国高校自迅速扩大招生规模以来,毕业生就业问题已成为人们广泛关注的热点问题。随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立完善和劳动人事制度的不断深入,在国家政策指导下,通过市场调节配置高校毕业生资源正逐渐成为人才配置的主要方式,现在全国各高校基本上实现毕业生在一定范围内以“双向选择”的方式就业。然而就目前来看,扩招后大学生就业状况没有得到缓解,本论文试图通过对高校扩大招生规模后毕业生就业问题进行系统阐述和深入剖析,力图对高校毕业生就业问题进行全面客观的分析,找出问题所在,并就如何促进高校毕业生就业提出自己的见解。 本文通过对我国大学生就业状况,扩招后高校毕业生就业存在的问题及原因,西方发达国家大学生就业的特点及对我国的启示,如何解决高校毕业生就业的对策等四个方面进行分析,指出扩招后我国高校毕业生就业存在的问题及原因,提出我国高校毕业生就业过程中存在着人才总量不足与高校毕业生供过于求的矛盾依然存在;毕业生的知识结构和能力素养与用人单位存在差距;人力资源配置体系的改革与变化对高校毕业生的就业形成压力与挑战;大学生择业期望值高于现实可能性,择业观念仍需改变;女大学生就业难的问题尚未解决等实际问题成为我国高校毕业生就业的严重阻碍。最后阐述了解决我国高校毕业生就业问题的对策是:国家制定有利就业的政策,加大配套制度的改革;调整学科专业结构和人才培养模式,加大就业指导力度;充分发挥现有的高校毕业生就业市场、人才市场和劳动市场的作用,优化大学生就业政策,为大学生就业创造良好的政策环境。 高校毕业生就业问题是关系到整个社会发展的重大问题。对这一问题的系统研究将有利于毕业生顺利就业,有利于大学生的发展与成长,有利于教育体制改革的进一步深化。 本论文创新之处在于本人关于我国高校毕业生就业问题研究不仅着眼于对就业本身,而且是对毕业生就业状况、存在的问题原因,以及解决就业的对策进行系统、综合、全面的研究。
Since the enlargement of the enrollment at universities, the employment of the graduates has been a lot point people are concerning about. With the improvement of the economic system and labor personal system, under the direction of the country"s polities, market disposal has been the major tendency for graduates" employment. Nowadays, most universities in our country nearly realized "Two-way choice" style of employment. However, for now, the employment of the graduates are still facing problems .The essay tries to state systematically on the graduates" employment problems through the enlargement of the universities" enrollment. The serious situation of the graduates" employment is reflected in the processing of the job-hunting. According to the disciplines of the market and the analysis of the lack of information in our country ,the essay tries to find our the problems and offers some suggestions on how to promote the graduates" employment.The essay analyses the situation of the graduates" employment and problems and causes of the employment problems after the enlargement of the enrollment through four aspects: the situation of the graduates" employment; problems and causes after the enlargement of the enrollment; the features of western countries" students" employment; how to solve the graduates" employment problems. The essay points out : the conflict between the total number of the qualified personal and the excess of the graduates ; the abilities and qualifications of the students and the need of the companies; the reformation of the disposal of the personal and the press and challenge faced by the universities ; the possibility of the expectation of graduates" employment and the necessary to change the employment ideas ; the difficulties faced by the female graduates. At last, the essays state the countries" policies are the last way to solve the employment problems.Adjusting the system of subjects and the ways of cultivating students, offering more information about the employment, proficting from the personal market are all good ways to solve the problems. Pay attention to personal and labor market. Improve the employment policies for the graduates.It is an important problem for the development of the whole society. It is beneficial to realize the new tendency of the graduates" employment and deep into the reformation of the colleges and universities.
