电能质量可用电压质量和频率质量来衡量。电能质量不合格,会使用电设备的性能恶化(如设备的效率和功率因数降低,电能损耗增加,使用寿命缩短);自动远动装置及电子设备工作失常;生产机械生产效率下降、产品质量变劣。供电质量严重不合格时会使产品大量报废,甚至危及设备与人身安全。 通过选择不同用电性质的大用户:感性、容性负荷性质;冲击负荷性质;不对称负荷性质;非线性负荷性质;季节性、连续性和非连续性用电负荷性质等等。采集分析电能质量各方面的数据。 本文通过分析生产过程、供用电合同、电气设备配置、运行历史数据、电压偏差、供电频率、三相不平衡、谐波、电压波动和闪变等供电质量指标,论证电气设备的合理配置对电能质量的重要影响,适合的就是最好的。 通过详实的数据分析,提出了保证电能质量的改善措施,并预见今后电能质量的研究方向和前景。
The electrical energy quality can be weighed by voltage quality and the frequency quality. If the energy quality fails, it will worsen the performance of the user equipment such as reducing the efficiency and the power factor, shortening the life cycle of the devices, increasing the energy loss, failing the function of the remote communication and electronic devices, dropping the efficiency of machinery production and deteriorating the quality of the product. When the quality of the power supply is far away from normal, it will cause massive abandonment of the product and even endanger personal safety. The article divides the big customers into several groups of different kind of load: the inductance and capacitance load, impulsion load, symmetrical and unsymmetrical load, non-linear load, the load of seasonal characteristics, the continuity and the non-continuity load etc. We gather the data of their power quality and other various aspects. The article proves the best disposition of the equipment is the most appropriate plan of the disposition. It demonstrates that the proper deploy of the electric instruments has a great impact on power quality through the analysis of the production process, the contract of power supply and power usage, the allocation of the electric equipment, the data analysis of the running history, the deviation of power voltage, the frequency of power supply, the imbalance of three-phase, the harmonious factor, the fluctuation and flicker of the voltage. The article lists the measures to take to improve the power quality in terms of detailed analysis of data, and it gives a prospect of the power quality in the near future and predicts the research direction in this field.
