论文标题:论企业核心竞争力 A Study on Influence of Nationalism in the Course of Rule by Law in China 论文作者 徐慧 论文导师 周亚娜,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 企业管理 论文单位 安徽大学,点击次数 532,论文页数 48页File Size1966k 2004-05-10论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_63941157/ 入世;国际化;对外直接投资;对策 investment;consumption;tendency 核心竞争力理论是企业战略管理理论发展的新阶段。众多的企业已经认识到,核心竞争力是获取持续竞争优势的源泉,是企业生存和发展之本。只有自觉培育和提升核心竞争力,企业才能在竞争中保持长期的主动性。自90年代以来,国内学术界关于核心竞争力研究,理论阐述较多,但尚缺乏系统的切实可行的核心竞争力管理的方法研究。本文试图从核心竞争力的基本理论出发,对核心竞争力培育和提升的可操作性途径进行系统性探讨。 本文的结构与主要内容如下: 第一章主要介绍了国外学者关于核心竞争力的研究状况,并提出了本文的研究意义和思路。第二章从国内的研究现状出发,主要阐述了核心竞争力的内涵、特点和构成要素。第三章和第四章是本文的主体部分,系统探讨了培育和提升核心竞争力的一些理论和具体方法,并强调了创新作为时代的主旋律是核心竞争力的实质所在。第五章联系我国企业实际,指出了核心竞争力管理中存在的四大误区及要弄清并处理好的四组关系。最后一章选取了几个典型案例进一步作了分析,以期为企业培育和提升核心竞争力提供参考。 本文的特色在于,比较系统地探讨了有效管理核心竞争力的一整套较为可行的程序、方法和途径,为企业识别、规划、构建、维护和提升核心竞争力,实现良性的管理循环,提供了一些思路和建议。 The theory of core competence is a new stage of the strategy management theory. Many companies have already known that core competence is the source of a long-term competitive advantage that companies can obtain, and it is a foundation for companies to exist and develop. Only in cultivating and promoting the core competence consciously, can companies move forward in competition in the long term. Since 1990"s, although the theory of core competence has been presented many times in academe of China, nothing have been put forward systematically about the methods of managing core competence. This paper discusses the operable methods of managing core competence based on the comprehension of the theory of core competence.The concrete arrangement of this paper is as follows:Chapter 1 primarily introduces the core competence"s origin and its development abroad, the theoretical and practical meaning of studying core competence management and the research way of this paper. Chapter 2 introduces the research work of core competence that local experts and scholars have done. Based on this, the paper defines the core competence, and makes further explanation from its connotation, characteristics and construction. Chapter 3 and chapter 4 are the textual main parts, expounding upon the process of managing core competence systematically. The two parts also emphasize that innovation, as the main melody of this age, is essential to core competence. Chapter 5 considers four mistakes in the core competence management of Chinese companies, and to come out of these mistakes, the companies should make clear and handle four relationships. The last chapter selects and analyzes three successful cases: NEC, Mckinsey and Haier, hoping that they can provide some examples to companies.The following are characteristics of this paper. It discusses a whole reasonable procedure, method and path on how to manage core competence successfully, giving companies some advice on cultivating and promoting the core competence.
