随着我国高等教育大众化的不断推进，高校招生规模逐年扩大，高校毕业生也日益增多。但由于种种原因，近年来高职院校毕业生的就业难问题日渐突出，这对高职教育持续健康地发展形成了障碍。本研究在回顾我国高职教育的发展历程，分析高职教育发展现状的基础上，对高职院校毕业生的就业现状及趋势进行分析，对高职院校毕业生就业难问题进行了归因，指出：高职毕业生就业难是一个很复杂的问题，其原因包括社会因素、学校因素和学生自身的因素等。据此，论文提出了解决当前我国高职院校毕业生就业难的若干对策与建议。 本研究的结论和主要观点主要概括为以下几个方面：一是目前高职院校毕业生就业问题较为突出，所谓大学生就业难突出表现在高职院校毕业生就业难。二是造成高职院校毕业生就业难的原因主要在社会、学校、学生自身三个层面。三是解决高职院校毕业生就业难的问题，应当从以下几方面入手，即：加强宏观调控，采取有利于高职毕业生的就业措施；以市场为导向，调整专业结构；以能力为中心，构建现代高职课程体系：开展校企合作，实行“订单式”教育与培训；加强就业指导力度；树立正确的择业观；加强自身综合素质，增强就业竞争力。
Along with the prompting forward of popularity of the higher education in our country, the universities expands the scale of recruitment of students unceasingly, and the amount of graduates is also increasing year by year. But as a result of all sorts of reasons, the employment of the graduates from the high-level vocational-technical schools is being a difficult problem day after day to highlight in recent years, and it has became a barrier to the healthily Continues development of the high-level vocational-technical education. My research analyzed the present situation and tendency of the quality colleges and universities graduate"s employment and concluded the reasons of why it"s so difficult to the graduates to be employed on the foundation of reviewing the development course of the high-level vocational-technical education and the analysis to the present situation of the high-level vocational-technical education. Pointed out that: The high-level vocational-technical graduates get employed difficultly is a very complex question, its reason including social factor, school factor and the student own factor and so on. According to the above, the paper proposed some countermeasures and suggestion to deal with the problem of the high-level vocational-technical school graduates get employed difficultly. This research The conclusion and major point of my research can be summarized to the following several aspects: First is the employment problem is more protruding at present, and what is the college students" difficult employment is exactly stressed on the high-level vocational-technical students. Second, what caused this problem is mainly in sociality, the school and the student own three stratification planes. Third, the solution of the high-level vocational-technical graduates get employed should obtain from following several aspects like: Strengthens the macroeconomic regulation and control, adopt the measures which is advantageous to the high-level vocational-technical graduate"s employment; Take the market as the guidance for adjust specialized structure; Take ability as the center to construct the modern quality curriculum system; Develop the school &business cooperation, implement the education and training like "the order form type"; Enhance the dynamics of career guidance; Sets up the correct choosing profession view; Strengthens own synthesis quality, enhance employment competitive power.
