论文标题:基于知识的企业核心能力开发研究 Studies on Dynamics Model and Evaluation Index System of Urban Sustainable Development 论文作者 刘炼 论文导师 邓华庭,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 企业管理学 论文单位 湖南大学,点击次数 86,论文页数 59页File Size3076k 2003-04-03论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_650815077/ 企业核心能力;知识;知识联盟;知识管理 the core competence of the corporation;knowledge;knowledge alliance;knowledge management 企业的长期竞争优势被认为是“单个”企业拥有的能够比竞争对手更加卓有成效地从事生产经营活动,并解决各种难题的独特能力,即核心能力。随着我国加入世界贸易组织及全球经济一体化,我国企业面临着巨大的竞争和挑战。因此,如何开发核心能力成为我国企业的当务之急。本文正是对企业核心能力的开发从知识的角度作了较为深刻的分析。 企业的竞争优势从何而来?企业知识理论认为竞争优势来源于企业所拥有的、独特的知识,企业核心能力理论则认为是企业所拥有的核心能力。这里显然一个问题出现了两种答案。为什么会出现这种差异,本文由此提出知识与企业核心能力有着某种内在的必然联系。作者通过结合知识的一般理论和企业知识理论,对企业核心能力作了知识的相关分析,这里具体分析了企业核心能力的本质以及其知识载体,为研究企业核心能力的开发提供了理论基础。企业核心能力在本质上是企业所拥有的知识,特别是难以模仿的、独特的隐性知识。企业的经营过程,实际上也是知识的应用和交流过程,知识经过社会化、外化、整和、内化四个阶段而最终形成企业核心能力并不断向上呈螺旋式发展,这就是本文提出的基于知识的企业核心能力的形成模式。企业核心能力开发离不开组织的内部保障,需要组织结构、人才、领导、文化四个方面的大力支持。建立知识联盟和实施知识管理是开发企业核心能力的基本方法。 文章的最后一章以长沙汉威楼宇自控设备有限公司为例作实证分析。汉威公司是一家在知识经济的浪潮中崛起的民营高新技术企业,作者针对汉威公司在核心能力开发方面所存在的问题,结合汉威公司的实际情况,运用本文的有关理论提出了相应的对策。 The sustained competitive advantage of enterprises is regarded as the result of the distinctive competence, which makes the enterprises doing better than their rivals, that is so called core competence. With our country"s entry to WTO and the economy globalization, the corporation in China faces great competition and challenges. So it is urgent for Chinese corporation how to develop the core competence. This article analyses the development of the core competence from the knowledge aspect. Where do the competitive advantage come from? The theory of firm based on knowledge think that it comes from the unique knowledge of the firm, which is difference from the answer of the theory of core competence. Why dos the difference occur, which is the foundation that the article think there is some relationship between the knowledge and the core competence.The author analyses the core competence on the basis of the theory of the knowledge and the theory of the firm based on knowledge, which becomes the theoretic foundation of the research on the development of the core competence. The essence of the core competence is the firm"s knowledge, especially the unique tacit knowledge. The course of the firm"s management is also the exchange and use of the knowledge. The knowledge becomes the core competence after undergoing four stages: socialization, externalization, combination and internalization, which is the model that the core competence come into being. The development of the core competence needs inner guarantee, which includes the strudiure of the organization, human resource, leadership and culture. Knowledge alliance and knowledge management is the basic methods of development of the core competence.In the last chapter, the author makes a positive research on Changsha Han Wei Building Auto-Control Equipment Co.LTD. Nowadays, Han Wei is a new and high technology enterprise rising in the knowledge economy. There are many questions in the course of the development of the core competence in Han Wei. The author affords the relative suggestions on the base of the real conditions of Han Wei and the theory of this article.
