基于B/S的教学督导评估系统的设计与实现研究 为提高教学督导评估工作的质量与效率,及时、准确反馈教学评价信息,为教学质量监管部门提供决策依据,提高教学质量,本研究在教学质量监控、MIS、INTERNET技术以及计算机技术等理论的指导下,建立了基于浏览器/服务器模式(B/S)的网上教学督导评估系统。 本研究通过对高校教学督导评估工作实际需求的系统分析,构建了基于网络的教学督导评估指标体系,建立了网上教学督导评估信息的采集、查询、统计、分析、反馈的方式方法,实现了基于Internet网络的教学督导评估信息系统的系统集成和技术实现,并在校园网上成功运行,应用于教学督导评估工作实践。 系统的开发和应用,有效解决了传统教学督导评估工作中信息采集难、处理难、反馈难、分析难、管理难等一系列问题,不仅实现教学督导评估工作的网络化和信息化,提高了工作效率,还部分实现了辅助决策功能。
The study on the design and realization of the supervisory and evaluative system of teaching based on the B/S technique In order to improve the quality and efficiency of teaching supervision and evaluation, provide timely and accurate teaching feedback, provide the evidence for decision-making in the teaching quality control department, and improve the teaching quality, the present study, under the direction of theories such as teaching quality supervision, MIS, Internet technology and computer technology, builds the online supervisory and evaluative system of teaching based on the B/S mode. Through the systematic analysis of practical needs of teaching supervision and evaluation in universities, the present study, based on the index system of teaching supervision and evaluation, builds the methods of online teaching supervision and evaluation information, realizes the system integration and technology realization of the teaching supervision and evaluation system based on the Internet. We have run it on the campus Intranet and applied it into the daily practice of teaching supervision and evaluation. The development and application of the present system solve the difficulties of information collection, processing, feedback, analysis and management in traditional teaching supervision and evaluation. It not only realizes the network-based and information-based teaching supervision and evaluation, but also improves the efficiency and partly fulfills the supplementary decision-making purpose.
