Through the systematic analysis of practical needs of teaching supervision and evaluation in universities, the present study, based on the index system of teaching supervision and evaluation, builds the methods of online teaching supervision and evaluation information, realizes the system integration and technology realization of the teaching supervision and evaluation system based on the Internet. We have run it on the campus Intranet and applied it into the daily practice of teaching supervision and evaluation. The development and application of the present system solve the difficulties of information collection, processing, feedback, analysis and management in traditional teaching supervision and evaluation. It not only realizes the network-based and information-based teaching supervision and evaluation, but also improves the efficiency and partly fulfills the supplementary decision-making purpose.
