课程资源的开发和利用应当遵循“开发——优化——利用”的思路,其中,优化是不可或缺的环节。校内课程资源是实现课程目标的最基本、最便利的资源,课程资源的优化首先要着眼于校内课程资源。 校内课程资源,这是一个由有限的人员、设备、时间、场所等因素构成的系统,为了最有效地实现目标,统筹规划,以最优的方式对有关因素加以安排或分配,使得耗费最小而效益最大,这就是校内课程资源的优化问题。 本文综合了已有的课程资源理论研究成果,对校内外课程资源的关系及校内课程资源的要素;校内课程资源优化的理论基础及其影响因素;校内课程资源优化的原则和程序展开分析和探讨。 通过对安徽省内不同地域不同地区普通高中校长、教师和学生进行访谈,分析与反思校内课程资源优化存在的问题,提出以下对策与建议:(一)外设机制与环境。校内课程资源优化的方案在实施过程中需要教师根据运用中的反馈信息适时地调整方案,使其更为贴切实际。因此,必须建立全面覆盖的培训交流机制,让所有教师的专业素养得到不断提高;在访谈中发现校内课程资源优化受到学校在社会追求升学率中的压力和教师在繁重教学任务下的工作压力等因素所囿,打破这些因素的制约与限制,必须创设以素质教育为支撑的宽松和谐的教育教学环境。(二)内塑意识与反思。在充分认识校内课程资源及其优化意义的基础上,教师可以通过“对于活动的反思”、“活动中的反思”、“为活动反思”等方法对校内课程资源优化的过程和结果进行审视和分析,适时地调整运用中的优化方案,并得出用以指导下一步优化流程的结论。
Exploitation and utilization of curriculum resources should obide by the train of thought about“Exploitation—Optimization—utilization”.Obviously,optimization is indispensable link and way of utilization.The most basic and convenient curriculum resources to achieve the educational target are inside of general senior secondary school,therefore,the first of optimization should focus on the curriculum resources inside of general senior secondary school. Curriculum resources inside of general senior secondary school,is a systematic composed by the limited personnel,equipment,time,places.To achieve the target or assignment best,how to overall planning,to arrange or distribute by the best way,to achieve the least consumption and the maximal benefit,this is the optimization of curriculum resources inside of general senior secondary school. This thesis synthesize all the research achievements on the theory of curriculum resources by now,analyze and confer the key elements of the curriculum resources inside of general senior secondary school and the foundation theory of optimization,the main elements that affect optimization,the principles,mothods and formulas on it. By interviewing on headmasters,teachers,students in general senior secondary school from different areas and regions in Anhui Province,analyse and reflect the problem about optimization of curriculum resources inside of general senior secondary school,and suggest that:First,establishing the external mechanism and environment. the formula of optimization of curriculum resources inside of general senior secondary school in application need teachers adjust the formulas punctualy according to the feedback information to make it appropriate to the reality.Therefore,it is obliged to establish the mechanism of training and exchanging that covers all-round,to improve the level of all the teachers continuously.It is found in the interview that some factors as the pressure of general senior secondary school in the community pursuit the rate of careers and the pressure of teachers working in strenuous assignments of teaching and etc,are restricting the optimization of curriculum resources inside of general senior secondary school.To breaking these factors’restricting,the liberal and harmony environment of the quality education which is the centre of educational should be established.Second,representing the inner conscions and reflect.In the foundation of adequate recognization about curriculum resources inside of general senior secondary school and the optimization of it,teachers can examine and analyze the process and results of the optimization of curriculum resources inside of general senior secondary school by the ways of that“to reflect to the activities”,“to reflect in the activities”,“to reflect for the activities”,to adjust the formulas of optimization in application punctualy,to reach a conclusion to direct the nest procedures.
