写作教学一直面临着怎样才能有效地培养学生写作能力的种种问题。已有研究表明，课外练笔能促进学生的言语能力、思维能力和观察能力的发展，同时在审美和道德等更深层面对学生产生积极的影响。但目前人们对课外练笔的教育功能缺乏全面认识。功能意识是一种实践意识，它是理论认识过渡到实践的中介环节。关注写作教学的教育功能，在当代写作教学改革中有着重要的意义。 北京市陈经纶中学的随笔写作教学有明确的教学目的、内容体系和教学原则，占据了写作教学的主要地位，取得了突出的教学成绩。该校随笔写作教学系统具有完整性和系统性，本文将依托这一教学系统探讨写作教学对个体写作学习以及个体发展具有什么样的作用和价值，以期能挖掘这一教学系统中人们尚未充分意识到的或尚未清晰表述的教育功能。 陈经纶中学随笔写作教学系统的核心教育功能是为写作主体提供写作训练所需的内容资源和动力基础，促使写作主体积极构自身的写作能力。此外，陈经纶中学随笔写作教学对学生的发展产生的影响是多方面的，主要表现在丰富学生的道德和审美体验以及生命情感，使学生形成良好的个性，促进个体的社会化。对语文教育系统和整个教育系统而言，该随笔写作教学系统作为语文教育系统的子系统，具有对各种语文知识和语文能力进行整合的功能；随笔写作教学系统还能间接提高学校在在德育、美育和情感教育等方面的工作效能。 本文对该随笔写作教学系统的教学目的、教学内容、操作规则和各组成部分进行了详细的描述，同时对其从理论上进行了深入的探索，有助于该随笔写作教学系统进一步发展和获得更高的推广价值。
Writing teaching is always facing the various problems concerning how to efficiently cultivate student"s writing ability. Extracurricular writing practice can develop student"s verbal ability, thinking ability and observation ability, meanwhile, it is also play a positive role on some deep-seated aspects, such as aesthetics and morality, which is ratified by some study results. However, at present, we lack of substantial awareness regarding the educational function of extracurricular writing practice. Function consciousness is a kind of practice consciousness, which is semi-sector from theoretical consciousness layer to practice layer. Concerns for educational functions of writing teaching have critical significance in modern writing teaching.The informal essay teaching system launched in Beijing Chenjinglun Middle School has its own content system, specific teaching method and principle, which lies in the principle status in the writing teaching system, and achieved outstanding results. The informal essay teaching system is integrated and systematic. The main purpose of my article is to discuss which specific function and value of the writing teaching system to personal writing learning as well as individual development, then to dig out the real educational function which is not fully recognized or not clearly described by most of us.The core educational function of informal essay teaching system in Beijing Chenjinglun Middle School is to provide the necessary motivate foundation and content resource, as well as urge the writing subject to form it"s own writing ability initiatively. In addition, it"s impact on students development is various, it"s mainly represented in enriching value judgment and morality experience, improving sensibility, urging to form healthy personality, as well as accelerating socialization. To say in the Chinese teaching system and the school education system, as a sub-system, the informal essay teaching system has the integration function to various Chinese knowledge and Chinese ability thanks to its high comprehensiveness. It also enhance the efficiency of the whole education system in moral education, aesthetic education as well as sensibility education ect..My paper describe clearly and in details for the teaching aim, content, operating regulations as well as all related sectors of the informal essay teaching system, meanwhile, probe deeply into teaching theory. Which is helpful to the informal essay teaching system get further development and gain higher popularity value.
