CPC and KMT;Lasting Strategy;Comparison
研究目的：进一步明了抗日战争胜利的原因；国共两党在抗日战争中的地位和作用。 研究方法：历史地客观地、辩证地、实事求是地对比分析。 研究结果和结论： 中国抗日的持久战略，是中华民族在二十世纪三、四十年代战胜日本侵略的基本战略。是全民族抗战的基础。国共两党对于持久战略的确定、阐释、运用都做出了努力。但由于两党的政治地位、军事实力，以及世界观上的差异，双方的持久战略存在很大差异。使国共两党的指导战略在军事实践中展现出不同的特征。本文从四个方面进行了研究得出如下结论： 一、国共两党持久战略形成过程之比较。国共两党在民族危亡的关键时刻对抗日战争的基本战略做了认真的探讨，形成具有特定内涵的持久战略。 二、国共两党持久战略立论的客观依据之比较。国共两党在对国际背景、中日双方矛盾分析的基础上得出了持久战略的结论。在持久战的基本特征、实质、目的等方面形成了共识，但也在如何抗战等问题上存在异议。 三、国共两党持久战略内容之比较。国共两党对持久战略的战略阶段的分析、战略布署，作战原则，抗战路线存在很大差异。因而形成两个战场不同的抗战局面。 四、国共两党持久战略效果之比较。国共两党在抗战的各个阶段依据持久战的战略原则发挥着不同的作用，消耗着敌人，赢得了战争的胜利。但国民党没有完全执行持久战略，从抗战效果上看，有功也有过。共产党全面执行持久战略原则，遵循战争规律，有效打击了日寇，创造了敌人必败的条件，成为抗日战争的坚强柱石。
Objective of research: finding out the reasons why China won the anti - Japanese war; status and roles of both Communist Party of China(CPC) and Kuomintang(KMT) in the anti-Japanese war.Method of research: analyzing with a realistic, objective, dialectical and historical method.Results and conclusions of research:The lasting strategy about the Anti-Japanese War is the fundamental strategy that China employed to defeat Japanese aggression, is the foundation that all Chinese used to fight against Japan. Both CPC and KMT had made their efforts to establish, clarify and utilize this lasting strategy.Nevertheless, due to the differences in political status, military strength and world view between CPC and KMT, the two parties" guiding strategies showed different features during military practices. This article does the research from four aspects and draws the following conclusions:I. The comparison between the two parties" lasting strategies on formation process. The CPC and KMT formed this lasting strategy with special connotation after an earnest discussion on the basic strategy of the anti-Japanese war at the time crucial for China.II. The comparison on the objective basis between CPC and KMT"s lasting strategy. The two parties drew the conclusion of lasting strategy after then- analyzing about both the international background and the conflict between China and Japan. The two parties formed common understandings on the basic characteristics, facts and objectives of the lasting strategy, but they also had different understandings on how to fight with Japan.III. The comparison on the lasting strategy between CPC and KMT. The two parties had great differences on the strategy phase" analysis, strategy deploy and fighting principles. Therefore, different situationsappeared in two battlefields.IV. The comparison of lasting strategic effects of CPC and KMT.Following the fighting principles of the lasting strategy, the CPC and KMT played different rolls, depleted the enemy during the different phases of the war. And finally won the war. But the KMT didn"t carry out the lasting strategy completely, as far as the effects of the anti-Japanese war is speaking, the KMT had both contributions and defects. The CPC carried out the lasting strategy, followed the rules of war, depleted the enemy, created the preconditions necessary to defeat Japan and became the mainstay in the anti-Japanese war.
