人的发展、人格境界的追求问题是任何哲学都无法回避的问题。无论是中国传统文化的儒家、道家、佛家,还是在古希腊罗马、封建神学、文艺复兴、近现代哲学发展阶段,哲学家们都倾注了大量心血对其进行了研究,都提出了各自的人格理论。中西哲学追求的人格境界角度殊异又存在一定的共性,都追求人格的理想状态和自由状态——理想人格和自由人格,但都存在着不同程度的偏失和滥用,马克思对先前的各种人格理论进行了深刻的剖析和扬弃,提出了人格达到的最佳境界是全面发展的人格。中国共产党人继承了马克思关于人的自由全面发展理论,提出了社会主义核心价值体系,这为当今人格重塑提出了方向和航标。本文在分析古今中外人格理论的基础上,从社会主义核心价值观的理论视角,对当代人格重塑的方法和途径进行探讨,以希对社会的转型时期人格多元化影响下的人格迷失困境提出解决之道,使人格失落的当代人找到自己的精神家园,树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观以适应社会发展的要求。这对构建社会主义和谐社会、建立社会主义核心价值体系的以及实现社会主义现代化都是有益的。
Human"s development and personality boundary pursue is an issue that any philosophy cannot avoid. Not only the Chinese traditional culture, such as the Confucianist ,Taoism ,the Buddhist, but also in the development phases of the ancient Greek and Rome, the feudal theology, the Renaissance, the contemporary and modern philosophy ,almost all the philosophers poured into their massive painstaking care to explore it and also put forward their own personality theory. The pursuing angle on personality boundary in ancient Chinese and the western philosophy is different ,but they both have some common characters, namely they both pursue the personality’s ideal and free state ----ideal personality and the free personality, but both of them have something partial or demoted or abused. Marx carried on the profound analysis on every former kind of personality theory and developed the good ingredients but discarded the bad components, and proposed that personality’s perfect state was the all-round development personality. The Chinese Communists have inherited Marxism theory on person"s free and all-round development and proposed the socialism core value system, which is the direction and beacon for nowadays personality reshaping. This article is based on the analysis on the personality theories all the times and all the countries including ancient , contemporary China and western countries .The core values theory, the methods and the ways that remold the contemporary personality have been discussed from the angle of socialism core values. In the hope of putting forward some solutions to the nowadays personality loses influenced by the personality multiplication at this social reforming time .This thesis wants to make the contemporary persons whose personality have lost find their own spiritual home and form their correct outlook on world, outlook on life and outlook on values and then adapt to the request that the society develops, which is helpful and beneficial to construct the socialism harmonious society, for the establishment of socialism core value system as well as the realization of socialism modernization.
