随着机械制造技术的飞速发展,先进质量体系的实施,加之汽车变速箱新产品的推陈出新,协作生产的不断扩大,对零件生产及其整个加工过程都提出了新的技术、质量和管理的要求。而目前齿轮厂的管理模式、方法及其管理手段都很难满足新的要求。特别是对零件制造车间,零件数量数以万计,工具、工装等不计其数,面对如此众多繁杂的项目,给基础管理和生产过程控制带来了很大的难度。 本文主要是对一汽轿车股份有限公司长春齿轮厂零件制造车间目前存在的生产管理问题进行了深入细致的分析,进而从计算机辅助生产管理的角度出发,运用先进的管理模式,结合变速箱零件生产的特点,讨论和研究了基于CIMS环境下零件制造车间制造信息的集成化和生产作业计划管理及生产过程的控制,同时进行了具体的系统分析、提出了总体设计的方案和建模方法。 本文还着重讨论了车间生产实际流程,提出了“月、周、日三级计划控制”的新方法,以期对整个生产过程进行有效的控制。 With the development of intensifying market competition and globalization, the manufacturing technology has become a decisive factor not only in the market competition but also in the battle field. As a result, it has become one of the crucial indicators in a country"s capability when measuring its science and technological level. To meet the rapid development of machinery manufacturing technology, I have took lots of measures, such as implementing advanced quality assurance system, optimizing automobile gearbox, and expanding cooperation constantly, all of these required a new technological, qualitative, and managerial standard to the parts production and processing procedure. While in the mean time, our managerial modes, methods and measures can hardly meet the new standards. Given the enormous number of parts, tools, and so many items, it is a very difficult problem to the fundamental management and production control in the workshop. Under this background, the paper makes a deep analysis to the existing production management of the Gear Parts sub-company of FAW,being it’s managerial mode still in the planning marketing one, its main production schedule, distributing production schedule monthly, so, the workshop assigns it’s execute schedule according to the main production schedule, arrangement, organization, and produce in the assemble line, until deliver the final product . The paper also analysis the problem existed in the mode: the fundamental work of planning and management is not very well, the balance of planning is very rough, the arbitrary of working schedule, the feedback information of production schedule is unclear and slow, the corporation of different department cannot work well in time, the management of tools and planning are not in accord, etc.. all the problems discussed restrain the Gear Parts sub-company of FAW and constitute a barrier, especially during the“the fifteenth five-year-planning”,the most busy period will come and it is critical of advancing the level of management efficiently,
