20世纪90年代以来,世界各国尤其是工业发达国家都十分注重先进制造技术基础理论与应用的研究,出现了研究与应用先进制造技术的浪潮。以机械制造为代表的先进制造技术已成为当代国际间科技竞争的重点,它的水平高低在很大程度上反映了一个国家工业的发展水平。我国制造业面对的是国际大市场,要在全球化的竞争中占有一席之地,实现优质、高效低消耗、精良、敏捷的目标,企业就必须关注先进制造技术的发展,探索适合自身需要的先进制造技术,制定切实可行的实施方案,用先进制造技术提升传统制造技术。 随着中美关系在各个领域的迅速、健康发展,中美关系也成为学术界研究的热点。但是有关中美制造业应用先进制造技术的比较研究却比较少见。本研究首先从综述先进制造技术相关理论入手,详细分析了先进制造技术与组织管理和人力资源开发的关系,然后运用实证分析的方法对先进制造技术应用的比较因素进行了研究,在此基础上对中美两国先进制造技术的应用进行了比较,比较主要侧重于三个方面,分别为先进制造技术本身、组织管理和人力资源开发。最后结合中美比较结果提出了我国制造业实施先进制造技术的对策。研究过程所应用的数据主要来源于国际制造战略调查数据库,实证分析中用到了方差分析、T检验和多元线性回归分析等统计方法,应用统计工具为SPSS11.5。本研究将对中国制造业有较大的实际意义和参考价值。
Since the 1990s, all countries around the world especially the industrialized countries have focused on the basic theories and application researches of the advanced manufacturing technology, turning up a wave of research and application of the advanced manufacturing technology. The advanced manufacturing technology representing the mechanic manufacturing, has become the focus of contemporary international competition in science and technology, which in large parts reflects the development level of a country’s industry. Our manufacturing sector is facing a large international market. In order to gain a place in the global competition, as well as achieve the goals of high-quality, efficiency, low-expense, sophisticated, flexibility, the enterprises must be concerned about the AMT development, explore the AMT suited to their own needs and formulate practical implementation of the programmed to upgrade the traditional manufacturing technology. With the rapid and healthy development of Sino-U.S. relationships in all fields, a Sino-U.S. relationship has also become hot spots in academics. But the comparative study of the application of the advanced manufacturing technology for Sino-U.S. manufacturing industries is relatively rare. Firstly, the study overviews the related theories on the advanced manufacturing technology, making a detailed analysis on the major factors which affect the advanced manufacturing technology. Then it proves that advanced manufacturing technologies are affected by organizational management and human resources. On this basis, it makes a comparative study on the applications of advanced manufacturing technology mainly regarding three areas, namely advanced manufacturing technology itself, organizational management and human resources development. Finally, according to the results, the study proposes countermeasures for implementation of our advanced manufacturing technology manufacturing.
