电视节目管理系统是通过计算机来管理节目信息的创建、使用和发布流程的软件平台,是电视台数字信息化的重要组成部分,电视的节目管理实际上就是对信息资源的管理。 由于电视节目多样化的表现形态,加之电视节目的采集编播具有耗时多、难度大、成本高、需要多个部门和多人合作等特点,所以电视节目管理的环节和难度相对要比纸质媒体更为复杂。在体制创新的新情况和节目创新的新要求下,节目管理方式也要创新,并要在每个环节上始终树立客户导向意识、创新意识和品牌意识,确保万无一失,因此节目管理就更具有一定的难度和复杂性。另外,在信息化的过程中由于缺乏全局规划、统一协调,加上国家信息标准发布有待时日,诸多软件系统的相关领域没有形成行业标准,造成电视台之间缺乏协同,形成了一个个信息孤岛,出现了应用建设重复、低水平开发的问题。 本文通过研究和分析索贝节目管理系统和大洋音像资料管理系统,总结出节目管理系统的一般化模型,并结合苏州电视台媒体资源管理系统的设计和开发工作,提出了通用电视台节目管理平台的基本模型。该模型能较好的兼容已有的系统;提出了进行动态节目编目的方法,解决了电视台数据孤岛和缺乏信息交换的现状;提高了信息查询的效率,获得用户很好的满意度。 在模型的设计方面,本文分析了节目管理平台的最终用户类型和作用域,倡导以用户为导向的系统开发;分析和比较数据采集的多种方式及适用的情况,提出了适合电视台节目信息采集的三种结构类型:利用元数据定义编目的方法,提出了动态转换节目分类的方法;总结了节目信息查询组件的三种数据模型,提出了利用倒排表数据模型进行关键字查询和后缀树数据模型来进行数据查询的方法。此外,本文对电视台节目管理的基本设计框架、主要职能和基本流程进行了详细的阐述。 在代码实现中,使用面向对象的设计方法和基于组件的开发方法,结合中科软科技股份有限公司(简称中科软)在组件开发方面的理论经验和软件产品,实现了苏州电视台媒体资源管理系统(简称SBS-MIS系统)。该系统已被苏州电视台部署,获得了用户很高的评价。目前正在江苏其他电视台推广,有望获得更多的应用。 保持软件系统产品性和延续性,在于不断健全其结构,完善其功能。最后,结合实际运用情况,本文对系统的设计和发展方向提出了进一步的建议和展望。
Broadcast television program management system is a software platform to manage program information"s producing, using and output flow by computer. It is an important component of broadcast television information. Television program management is a management for information in fact.Because television program has various performance styles, in addition to long-time consuming, high-difficult, some-departments-cooperated program collections, it is becoming more complex than by paper media that the difficulties of program management. Also there have requirements of system and program innovation, program need more innovations too. Furthermore, in order to establish the thinking of customer oriented, innovation oriented and brand oriented, more difficulty and complexity will be in management. Currently, there have no full-scale planning, consolidated cooperation. National information release standard has no published yet, be short of industry standard, all this cause less cooperation between broadcast stations, becoming more and more information islands, showing more and more low-level and repeating developed systems.Author consult and analyze Sobey Management System and ZhongChuang video and radio information system, summarize a general program management system, according to the design and development of SuZhou broadcast station program management, propose a basic model of general broadcast program platform. This model resolve the problem of compatibility to original systems; provide a grogram dynamical conversion using meta data to catalogue program; improve the performance of searching, meet the satisfactory of customers.In aspect of model of design and theory, the paper analyze firstly end-user styles and scope of business, propose user oriented system development; analyze and compare methods of data collection and their corresponding applicability, propose three structure styles to meet with television program extraction; Propose a grogram dynamical conversion using meta data to catalogue program; summarize three data structures for program searching component, perform keywords searching by inversion table and full text searching by suffix data structure. In the later of this paper, give more details of basic design framework, main functions and basic flows of management system, mainly analyze and abstract design and cooperation of sub-model of the platform.In code implementation, using object oriented design method and component based development method, add experience and products of Sinosoft co., Ltd., implement
