论文标题:新世纪大学生道德素质培养研究 Study on Cultivating University Students" Ethical Quality in the New Century 论文作者 张爱社 论文导师 李先保,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 马克思主义理论与思想政治教育 论文单位 武汉理工大学,点击次数 199,论文页数 63页File Size2924k 2003-04-10论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_682615072/ 大学生;道德素质;培养 University Students;Ethical Quality;Cultivating 新世纪正面临着世界经济全球化、政治多极化、文化多元化、科技迅猛发展、科技教育一体化以及人才流动国际化的形势。各种道德价值观在全球范围进行着激烈的较量,各国普遍重视大学生素质尤其是道德素质的培养。我国开始进入全面建设小康社会的新时期,市场经济的迅速发展对大学生道德素质提出了更新更高的要求,同时它的负面效应也给大学生道德素质培养带来了严峻的挑战。如何全面有效地培养和提高大学生道德素质成为摆在每一个高校教育工作者面前的重大课题。 本项研究面对时代挑战,从分析新世纪大学生道德素质的内涵及其培养现状出发,分析了我国大学生道德素质培养中存在的培养内容不明确不具体、培养途径未得到深入拓展以及培养方法实效性不高等问题。针对这些问题,我们在调查研究的基础上全面论述了新世纪大学生道德素质培养方案,取得了初步的研究成果。 首先,我们针对新世纪对大学生道德素质提出的新要求和大学生道德素质培养内容上存在的问题,构建了由基本培养目标、基本培养内容和基本道德规范组成的明确具体的大学生道德素质培养内容体系:尤其是创造性地提出并科学界定了“报国守纪,尊师公正,积善惜生,开放创新,勇毅成才”的大学生基本道德规范 其次,我们借鉴国内外大学生道德素质培养方法论的研究成果,创造性地构建了大学生道德素质培养的哲学理论方法、系统工程方法和道德教育方法等理论方法以及道德理论灌输法、志愿活动训练法与道德心理调节法等方法体系,首次阐明了哲学理论方法、系统工程方法、志愿活动训练法与道德心理调节法等有效的大学生道德素质培养方法。 最后,我们针对大学生道德素质培养途径中存在的问题,创造性地构建并论述了我国大学生道德素质培养的制度规范赏罚、道德舆论引导、道德环境熏陶、道德实践养成和网络道德渗透等培养途径体系,把大学生道德素质培养途径中的他律与自律有效地结合了起来,并进行了深入拓展。 我们研究的方法是比较分析法、系统科学法以及归纳与推理法,具体包括理论与实践相结合、定性分析与定量分析相结合、静态分析与动态分析相结合以及问卷调查与个案分析相结合。 我们研究的结论是,有效培养新世纪大学生道德素质的思路是:构建明确具体的培养内容体系:深入拓展培养途径;全面探索培养方法。 With the rapid development of economic globalization and political polarization and the internationalization of brain drain, every country is attaching great importance to quality education, especially moral education for its university students. China has now entered a new stage characterized by the building of a well-to-do society. The fast development of market economy has brought new requirements for university students" ethical quality. It also has posed severe challenges to the cultivation of ethical quality for university students. It is an epoch-making subject for all the educational workers in high schools to study on how to cultivate and improve on all fronts the ethical quality of the university students.Confronted with the current challenges, this study gives a scientific definition about ethics, quality, ethical quality and ethical quality for university students by analyzing university students" ethical quality and its current situation in cultivation. The study also shows that the cultivation objectives are not clear-cut, the cultivation channels need to be widened and the cultivation ways are far from satisfactory.Aiming at the above-mentioned problem, we have made preliminary progress in drawing a new cultivation plan of ethical quality for the university students in the new century on the base of investigation.First, aiming at the new requirements for the university students" ethical quality and the existing problem in cultivation, we set up a series of systems including the socialist ethical regulation system, the ethical regulation system for university students and the faith education system. We take the initiative to define scientifically the basic ethical regulations-being democratic and just, being competitive and innovative, supporting the good and protecting the weak, opening up and being enterprising, serving the motherland and her people. We also define other specific ethical regulations, and for the first timeanalyze the contents of happy, ideal, ethical and personality education.Second, we use the experience of cultivating ethical quality by other countries for reference. We form a channel structure in cultivating the ethical quality for university students. The channels include theory input , constitutional regulation for discipline, the media guiding, the environmental influence, fostering through practice, network permeating, etc. We combine the self-discipline with the out-discipline channel effectively.Finally, by learning from the experience from both home and abroad, we originally put forward philosophical, systematic and ethical methodology for cultivating the ethical quality for university students. We also form a framework of ways such as ethical theory input, ethical practicing, voluntary activity, network ethical permeating, ethically psychological adjustment, and constitutional regulation for discipline, etc. Among these ways, ethical practicing, voluntary activity, ethically psychological adjustment and constitutional regulation for discipline are of original thinking and of vital importance.In our research, we use comparison, systematic method, inductive reasoning. We combine the theory with the practice, the quantitative analysis with the qualitative analysis, static analysis with dynamic analysis, questionnaire study with case study.Conclusion: the effective approaches to the cultivation of ethical quality for university students are to form a specific objective system, to widen the channels, and to explore the possible ways.
