各种迹象都表明,在中国地面上讨论了几年并受到国外施加压力的3G牌照,很快将尘埃落定。2006年,至少1家固网运营商将试水3G,获得3G运营牌照。对于固网运营商来说,得来不易的3G为其带来崭新的拓展空间能否发挥应有的效能,现有的固网业务如何和3G有效结合,共同成长,尽快促进3G的业务成长,同时最大限度地延长固网的生命周期,促进整个业务重心的良性转变,将是固网运营商首要考虑的问题。 本文从移动通信的特点出发,结合固网现有固话、小灵通、数据宽带业务等,多方面就3G运营后的经营模式进行了阐述,利用SWOT和产品组合方法,分析出现有固网运营商的产品所处的态势及发展走向,提出要3G业务和宽带业务组合,提高宽带业务的竞争力,保持现有的主导地位;3G和固话、小灵通的“一号通”组合,提高固话的生命周期,并有效推动3G的业务发展;3G和小灵通业务通过双模/三模手机的纽带,带动3G初期的平滑发展,并提出,固网运营商可以以虚拟运营商的身份,经营移动、联通的GSM网络,从而直接带动3G业务的发展。 最后文章还就广东联通CDMA经营初期的失败原因进行了分析,为避免固话运营商走弯路和用户定位不准确提供参考。
All kinds of clue shows that 3G license will be published which has been discussed for several years in China and also under pressure of foreign countries。In 2006,at least one fix network SP will receive the 3G license。 For fix network SP,the questions to be answered first are whether development space brought by hard-won 3G will put forth its effection or not,how the fix network services could combine effectively with 3G and develop together,how to promote the development of 3G service, meanwhile furthest prolong the fix network period and promote the benign conversion of whole service。 The dissertation expatiates the operation mode of 3G, based on SWOT and product combination method and analyzes existing products of fix SP situation and development trend,puts forward that 3G should combine with broad band service. The dissertation also enhances the completion of broad band service,while remaining its leading status. The combination“One number”of 3G,fix phone and PHS will prolong fix phone’s period and impel the service development of 3G;PHS service and 3G will drive the smooth developing of 3G at the beginning by doubling modes and three modes mobile phone。Also,the dissertation points out that fix SP can operate Mobile and Unicom GSM network to promote 3G development directly。 Finally, the dissertation analyzes the fail reason of CDMA in Guangdong Unicom at the operation beginning for the purpose of fix SP avoiding beating around and incorrect orientation of users。
