论文标题:论教育管理的伦理性 On the Ethical Characteristic of Educational Management 论文作者 论文导师 葛金国,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 教育学原理 论文单位 安徽师范大学,点击次数 145,论文页数 67页File Size4637K 2007-04-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_6911132/ ethics;; ethical characteristic;; educational management;;planning function;; organizing function;; controlling function 伦理是处理人与人之间关系的道理、条理,它在人类社会的任何阶段与领域均具有举足轻重地位。教育管理是其中一个重要领域。所谓教育管理的伦理性(或者说伦理性征、伦理特性),是指教育管理活动所具有的基本道义精神,亦即对教育管理系统及其职能内在的伦理诉求和道德规定性。教育管理从来都不曾离开伦理的怀抱,体现出鲜明而强烈的伦理性征。 教育管理具有多种属性,而伦理属性是其中最为重要方面。作为一个动态发展过程,教育管理的伦理性主要体现在管理活动开展的各环节中;因而通过对教育管理基本职能和环节讨论其伦理性成为必然选择。计划、组织、控制是教育管理三项基本职能。本论文通过对教育管理的计划职能、组织职能和控制职能具体分析教育管理的伦理性征。在当前教育管理中,如果人们能充分认识到教育管理的伦理性征,经常以伦理的视野观照教育管理活动,我们的教育管理绩效将会更好,教育管理过程也会更为和谐、顺畅。 本论文共六个部分。除引言和结语外,主体部分由四章组成。第一章,教育管理伦理性概说;第二章,教育管理计划职能中的伦理问题;第三章,教育管理组织职能中的伦理问题;第四章,教育管理控制职能中的伦理问题。 Ethics which deals with the relationship between human beings plays a very important part in any field and every stage of human history. Educational management is such an important field of this kind. So-called ethical characteristics of educational management refer to the basic moral principals of the educational management activities, in other words, the inner ethical pursuit and moral stipulation of the educational management system and its function. Educational management can never go without ethics, thus demonstrating its distinct and intensive ethical characteristics. Educational management has many characteristics, of which the ethical characteristic is of the utmost importance. As a dynamic and developmental process, the ethical characteristic is embodied in every procedure of management activities. Therefore, it has become a sure choice to discuss its ethical characteristic through the basic function and steps of educational management. Planning, organizing and controlling are three of these basic functions. From the aspects of the above-mentioned three basic functions, this paper concretely analyses the ethical characteristics of the educational management. If people can fully realizes the ethical characteristics of the educational management and examine their educational activities from the perspective of ethics, we will have better educational management accountability and more harmonious and smooth process. This paper is divided into four/parts apart from introduction and conclusion. Part One: this part is the summary of the ethical characteristics of educational management. Part Two: this part discusses the ethical problems of the planning function of educational management. Part Three: this part touches the ethical problems of the organizing function of educational management. Part Four: this part is concerned with the ethical problems of the controlling function of educational management.
